The main production program of UNISTAV PRIEVIDZA, a.s. is the production of steel products, structures and steel parts of technological units. However, there are currently no technological possibilities such as bending dies, contact force, possible length of parts, etc. Under the current conditions of machinery, the company is unable to meet orders that contain requirements for the production of high-strength abrasion resistant sheets of larger thicknesses, self-sufficiently, affordablely and within the required deadline. The aim of the project is the innovation of the production process by bending high-strength, abrasion of resisting sheets with CNC bending sheet and the inclusion of an innovative product in production – conveyors or parts thereof for transporting bulk materials or small components from the abrasion of resistant steel sheets of larger thicknesses, which are increasingly used in the transport of bulk materials. The combination of abrasion properties of resistant sheets gives designers new possibilities, as practice shows that their use increases wear resistance, increases their load capacity and, above all, extends service life. The project will be implemented at the applicant’s production premises in Prievidza through one main activity – Development of an existing SME. The measurable project indicators include P0284, P0288, P0512 and P0760, with the target for all four indicators 1. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Nosným výrobným programom spoločnosti UNISTAV PRIEVIDZA, a.s je produkcia oceľových výrobkov, konštrukcií a oceľových častí technologických celkov. V súčasnosti však vo výrobe absentujú technologické možnosti ako ohybové matrice, prítlačná sila, možná dĺžka dielov a pod. Spoločnosť nie je schopná za súčasných podmienok strojného vybavenia sebestačne, cenovo prístupne a v požadovanom termíne splniť objednávky, ktoré obsahujú požiadavky na produkciu výrobkov z vysokopevnostných oteru vzdorných plechov väčších hrúbok. Cieľom projektu je inovácia výrobného procesu ohýbaním vysokopevnostných, oteru vzdorných plechov pomocou CNC ohraňovacieho listu a zaradenie inovovaného produktu do výroby - dopravníky resp. ich časti na prepravu sypkých materiálov alebo drobných komponentov z oteru vzdorných oceľových plechov väčších hrúbok, ktoré sa pri transporte sypkých materiálov čoraz viac využívajú. Kombinácia vlastností oteru vzdorných plechov dáva konštruktérom nové možnosti, nakoľko prax ukazuje, že ich využitím sa zvyšuje odolnosť voči opotrebeniu, zvyšuje sa ich nosnosť a hlavne predlžuje životnosť. Projekt sa bude realizovať vo výrobných priestoroch žiadateľa v meste Prievidza prostredníctvom jednej hlavnej aktivity - Rozvoj existujúceho MSP. Merateľné ukazovatele projektu zahŕňajú P0284, P0288, P0512 a P0760, pričom cieľovou hodnotou je u všetkých štyroch ukazovateľov 1. (Slovak)
