Rustique, a.s. was established in 2008 by registration as a joint stock company. The main activity of the company, which relates to the present project, is according to SK NACE 16 – Processing of wood and production of wood and cork products except furniture, which belongs to the industrial production sector and is in line with the Research and Innovation Strategy for Smart Specialisation SR (RIS3SR) and the focus is on the product line established in the domain Healthy Food and Environment. The subject of this project is the procurement of innovative technology for production – Technological line for potion processing and band saw with mechanisation. This type of initial investment in the form of the establishment of a new establishment.The technology consists of the following zariadení:Pásová sawmill with mechanisationTechnological line for processing priziemInvestment will be carried out in the production premises of the company in the municipality of Čečínska Potôň, Orechová street 1445, cadastral territory Čečínska Potôň, parcel number 841/29, 841/50, 841/54 to LV No.1170. The strategic objective of the project is “Growing the competitiveness of the company”. The specific objectives of the project sú:rozšírenie the use of modern intelligent technologies in the production process, the diversification of the production process, the introduction of new products, the introduction of quality production, the growth of the added value of products,the consolidation of the position of the company in the new markets and the penetration of new markets,the consolidation of current jobsThe main activity of the project is “Support of intelligent innovation”.The subject of the main activity is the purchase of the new fixed assets mentioned above. The implementation of the main activity of the project will lead to the implementation of elements of intelligent solution – i.e. automation of the production process, cyber – physical systems and machine vision, which aim to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the operation. With the introduction of state-of-the-art available technologies, there will be a significant optimisation of the entire production process with maximum feedback and innovation for the company. Spoločnosť RUSTIQUE, a.s. bola založená v roku 2008 zápisom do obchodného registra ako akciová spoločnosť. Hlavným predmetom činnosti spoločnosti, ktorý sa vzťahuje k predkladanému projektu je podľa SK NACE 16 - Spracovanie dreva a výroba výrobkov z dreva a korku okrem nábytku, ktorá spadá do odvetvia priemyselnej výroby a je v súlade so Stratégiou výskumu a inovácií pre inteligentnú špecializáciu SR(RIS3SR) a predmet zamerania je na produktovú líniu stanovenú v doméne Zdravé potraviny a životné prostredie. Predmetom predkladaného projektu je obstaranie inovatívnej technológie do výroby – Technologická linka na spracovanie priziem a pásová píla s mechanizáciou. Ide typ počiatočnej investície vo forme založenia novej prevádzkarne.Technológia pozostáva z nasledujúcich zariadení:Pásová píla s mechanizáciouTechnologická linka na spracovanie priziemInvestícia sa bude realizovať vo výrobných priestoroch spoločnosti v obci Čečínska Potôň, Orechová ulica 1445, katastrálne územie Čečínska Potôň, parcelné číslo 841/29, 841/50, 841/54 na LV č.1170. Strategickým cieľom projektu je „Rast konkurencieschopnosti spoločnosti". Špecifickými cieľmi projektu sú:rozšírenie využívania moderných inteligentných technológií vo výrobnom procese,diverzifikácia výrobného procesu,zavedenie nových výrobkovzavedenie kvalitnej výroby,rast pridanej hodnoty výrobkov,upevnenie pozície firmy na stávajúcich trhoch a prienik na nové trhy,upevnenie súčasných pracovných pozíciíHlavnou aktivitou projektu je „Podpora inteligentných inovácií“.Predmetom hlavnej aktivity je nákup vyššie uvedeného nového dlhodobého majetku. Realizáciou hlavnej aktivity projektu dôjde k implementácii prvkov inteligentného riešenia – t.j. automatizácie výrobného procesu, kyber – fyzikálnych systémov a strojového videnia, ktorých cieľom je zvýšenie efektívnosti a účinnosti prevádzky.
