The aim of the project is to develop a low-carbon strategy for the territory of Vrbové in the framework of the Operational Programme Quality of Environment. This strategy will serve as a basis for further implementation of environmental solutions in the region, with the aim of reducing the carbon burden in Vrbové and thus eliminating adverse impacts on its inhabitants and the surrounding environment. A significant measurable indicator of the success of the project will be the reduction of greenhouse gas consumption when heating buildings connected to a central heat source.The main activity of the project is under Specific Objective 4.4.1 Increasing the number of local plans and measures related to a low-carbon strategy for all types of territories. Eligible aktivity:Vypracovanie and implementation of low-carbon strategies for all types of territory, in particular for urban areas, including updating and implementation of concepts of development of municipalities in the field of thermal energy. The task of designing the concept is to create conditions for system development of systems of thermal installations in the territory of the municipality with cieľom:zabezpečenia reliability and safety in the supply of heat, ensuring economy in the production, distribution and consumption of heat, ensuring compliance with environmental protection, ensuring compliance with the Slovak energy policy objective, ensuring compliance with the relevant legislative regulations in the field of energy. Cieľom projektu je vypracovanie nízkouhlíkovej stratégie pre územie mesta Vrbové v rámci Operačného programu Kvalita Životného prostredia. Táto stratégia bude slúžiť ako podklad pre ďalšiu implementáciu enviromentálnych riešení v regióne, pričom jej cieľom je zníženie uhlíkového zaťaženia v meste Vrbové a tým pádom eliminovanie nepriaznivých vplyvov na jej obyvateľov a okolité životné prostredie. Významným merateľným ukazovateľom úspešnosti projektu bude zníženie spotreby skleníkových plynov pri vykurovaní budov napojených na centrálny zdroj tepla.Hlavnou aktivitou projektu je v rámci špecifického cieľa 4.4.1 Zvyšovanie počtu miestnych plánov a opatrení súvisiacich s nízkouhlíkovou stratégiou pre všetky typy území. Oprávnený typ aktivity:Vypracovanie a implementácia nízkouhlíkových stratégií pre všetky typy území, najmä pre mestské oblasti vrátane aktualizácie a implementácie koncepcií rozvoja obcí v oblasti tepelnej energetikyÚlohou spracovania koncepcie je vytvorenie podmienok pre systémový rozvoj sústav tepelných zariadení na území obce s cieľom:zabezpečenia spoľahlivosti a bezpečnosti v dodávke tepla,zabezpečenia hospodárnosti pri výrobe, rozvode a spotrebe tepla,zabezpečenia súladu s ochranou životného prostredia,zabezpečenia súladu so zámerom energetickej politiky Slovenskej republiky,zabezpečiť súlad so závažnými legislatívnymi predpismi v oblasti energetiky.
