Realizáciu projektu bude zabezpečené splnenie globálneho ukazovateľa energetickej hospodárnosti s takmer nulovou potrebou energie pre kategóriu administratívnej budovy v triede A0. Cieľ projektu bude naplnený realizáciou prác zateplenia obvodovej steny, stropu nad suterénom a podlahy v podkroví v súlade s platnými teplo technickými normami, výmenu svietidiel zabezpečujúcich úsporu elektrickej energie, hydraulické vyregulovanie vykurovacieho systému s rekonštrukciou kotolne a rekuperáciu tepla inštaláciou vzduchotechnickej jednotky.
