The aim of the project Initia, s.r.o. – the promotion of jobs in society is to reduce unemployment, increase employment and improve access to employment by activating the target group (CS) of job seekers (UoZ) and disadvantaged jobseekers (Zuoz) in the form of job creation and support by intervention in the form of mentoring and tutoring activities in the company Initia, s.r.o. The applicant will implement the activity through specific activities, in two successive activities podaktivitách:Podaktivita 1.1 Requiring and selection of UoZ and ZUoZService 1.2 Employment of UoZ and Zuoz with the use of mentoring and tutoring activitiesTotal eligible expenditure of the project: EUR 199,721.81The project will meet the needs of CS (UoZ and Zuoz) by supporting 13 posts occupied by persons from the target group jobseekers (13), of which disadvantaged jobseekers (4), of which at least two Zuoz posts are planned to be occupied by persons over the age of 50. The applicant shall seek, select and enter into employment for a minimum period of 12 months, using mentoring and tutoring activities to better integrate and enter the labour market. The applicant assumes that all participants in the CS project (13) will be employed at the time of leaving the project.Mandatory measurement indicators projektu:P0037 Long-term unemployed persons 0P0097 Unemployed, including long-term unemployed 13P0107 Persons with basic (ISCED 1) or none secondary (ISCED 2) education 0P0109 Persons over 50 years of age 2P0638 Participants in employment at the time of departure, including self-employed, 13Harmonogram of project implementation is 05/2019 6/2020. Tento zohžadňuje čas na vyhžadanie a výber osôb z ciežovej skupiny (1 mesiac), zamestnanie a podporu pracovných miest (UoZ 12 mesiacov, ZUoZ 12 mesiacov), posledný mesiac projektu je rezerva na vyhžadanie a výber osôb z CS, prípadne na zúčtovanie miezd z 5/2020.Miesto realizácie projektu - Prevádzky spoločnosti iadateža sa nachádzajú - prevádzka Letná 40, 040 01 Koice a prevádzka Podskala 1, Spiská Nová Ves 052 01.
