The project is to expand the functionality and institutional support of the specialised rescue module of the Medium urban search and rescue in the mid-range (MUSAR) distributed at the rescue brigade in ilina, which the Slovak Republic has built only at national level. The existing module also does not meet the minimum standards resulting from registration requirements in CECIS or recognised international guidelines. The aim of the project is to modernise the module to the European standard level and to participate in sub-coordination with other modules active during the intervention in an area affected by an extraordinary event caused by climate change. Due to the specific conditions of the module’s operation in the urban environment, the equipment of the module requires especially modern search technologies that HaZZ does not have at its disposal today. The main task is to be able to provide two basic aid instruments that are the subject of the project in the event of an emergency. The extension of the functionality of the MUSAR module is conceived in accordance with the Commission Implementing Decision of 16 October 2014 laying down rules for the implementation of Decision No 1313/2013/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on a Union Civil Protection Mechanism No 2014/762/EU, as amended by 2018/142 of 15 January 2018. The main task of the module is the ability to provide two basic tools of assistance in the event of an emergency, which are the subject of the project.Stacking for victims under the debris, their localisation and rescue. Ensuring the permeability of the unstable environment and adjusting the conditions for the work of other lifebuoys in accordance with the tasks resulting from the deployment of the module in an environment affected by an extraordinary event caused by climate change. By its nature, the project contributes to increasing the efficiency of the management of emergencies affected by climate change, thereby fulfilling the main specific objective of the call.Merate indicators of the project sú:Počet created specialised rescue modules: 1,Number of installations to eliminate climate change risks: 8. Projekt rieši rozšírenie funkčnosti a inštitucionálnej podpory špecializovaného záchranného modulu  “Pátracie a záchranárske činnosti stredného rozsahu v mestskom prostredí“ (ďalej len MUSAR - Medium urban search and rescue) dislokovaného na Záchrannej brigáde v Žiline, ktorý Slovenská republika má vybudovaný len na národnej úrovni. Existujúci modul taktiež nespĺňa minimálne štandardy vyplývajúce s požiadaviek zápisu do CECIS, či uznávané medzinárodné usmernenia. Zabezpečenie priechodnosti nestabilného prostredia a úprava podmienok na prácu ostatných záchranných zložiek v súlade s úlohami vyplývajúcimi s nasadením modulu v prostredí zasiahnutom mimoriadnou udalosou spôsobenou zmenou klímy. Projekt svojím charakterom prispieva k zvýšeniu efektívnosti manažmentu mimoriadnych udalostí ovplyvnených zmenou klímy, čím dochádza k naplneniu hlavného špecifického cieža pre danú výzvu.Meratežnými ukazovatežmi projektu sú:Počet vytvorených špecializovaných záchranných modulov: 1,Počet zariadení na elimináciu rizík súvisiacich so zmenou klímy: 8.
