The main objective of the project is to increase financial literacy, employment and employment of marginalised communities such as the Roma. The aim of the present project is to increase the employment and employment of people living in the environment of CLLD by providing local civil order services in the village of Kolačkov. Specific objectives projektu:1.Skvalitni social dialogue between Roma and non-Roma communities.2. Strengthen primary and secondary prevention in the area of the commission of anti-social and illegal activities.3. Reduce the commission of social pathological phenomena in the village of Kolačkov.4. Increase the level of protection of public order in the municipality. Main activity of the project: Support the comprehensive provision of local civil order services in municipalities with the presence of MRC. Project objective group:- participants and residents of marginalised Roma communities- employees/employees of state administration and self-government working with marginalised Roma communities. The present project contributes to the fulfilment of the principles of desegregation, degetoisation and destigmatisation through activities that in areas with the presence of marginalised Roma communities ensure the provision of social and assistance services through the activities of the local civil order service in conjunction with the Police Force of the Slovak Republic. In particular, the following activities are: protection of public order in cooperation with the Police Force of the Slovak Republic, protection of private and public property, protection of the environment and fluidity and road safety. The implementation of the above activities will have a positive impact not only on the MRK, but also on the Iriu public and the environment of the municipality and will be directed towards the convergence and sensitisation of the public by improving the life of all inhabitants of the village. Hlavným ciežom projektu je zvýi finančnú gramotnos, zamestnatežnos a zamestnanos marginalizovaných komunít, ako sú Rómovia. Zámerom predkladaného projektu je zvýi zamestnanos a zamestnatežnos žudí ijúcich v prostredí MRK poskytovaním miestnej občianskej poriadkovej sluby v obci Kolačkov. pecifické ciele projektu:1.Skvalitni sociálny dialóg medzi rómskym a nerómskym obyvatežstvom obce.2. Posilni primárnu a sekundárnu prevenciu v oblasti páchania protispoločenskej a protiprávnej činnosti.3. Zníi páchanie sociálno patologických javov v obci Kolačkov.4. Zvýi úroveň ochrany verejného poriadku v obci. Hlavná aktivita projektu: Podpora komplexného poskytovania miestnej občianskej poriadkovej sluby v obciach s prítomnosou MRK. Ciežová skupina projektu:- prísluníci a obyvatelia marginalizovaných rómskych komunít- zamestnanci/zamestnankyne tátnej správy a samosprávy pracujúcich s marginalizovanými rómskymi komunitami. Predkladaný projektu prispieva k naplneniu princípov desegregácie, degetoizácie a destigmatizácie prostredníctvom aktivít, ktoré v oblastiach s prítomnosou marginalizovaných rómskych komunít zabezpečia poskytovanie sociálnych a asistenčných sluieb prostredníctvom činností miestnej občianskej poriadkovej sluby v súčinnosti s Policajným zborom SR. Ide najmä o tieto činnosti: ochrana verejného poriadku v súčinnosti s Policajným zborom SR, ochrana súkromného a verejného majetku, ochrana ivotného prostredia a plynulos a bezpečnos cestnej premávky. Realizácia uvedených činností bude ma pozitívny dopad nielen na MRK, ale aj na iriu verejnos a prostredie obce a budú smerova k zbliovaniu a senzibilizácii verejnosti tým, e budú zlepova ivot vetkých obyvatežov obce.
