The project builds on the results of successful implementation and implementation of national projects Supporting the care services implemented between 2013 and 2018. The implementation of national projects has significantly improved the availability of care services for low-income earners and thus their quality of life. The aim of our project is to increase the availability of care services for dependants in the Chadca district by providing affordable quality services with sufficient capacity to meet as many requests for care services as possible. The aim group of the project is children and adults who are provided with social services and employees implementing social inclusion policies and measures in the public and non-public sector. In the case of receiving social services, they are people living in shiny areas, who are often socially excluded, their homes are neglected and their quality of life suffers. The implementation of the project will ensure that people from the target group remain in their natural home environment, and they will be provided mainly by caregivers from their surroundings, which will have a positive impact on local employment and also on the quality of work of employees, but mainly to ensure these people dignity. The Measurement Indicators have been defined by the Call Proclamation. The aim of the project will be fulfilled through the main activity of providing care services under §41 of Act 448/2008 on social services. The place of implementation of the project will be the seat of the organisation and the place of performance of the care service will be the households of clients in different municipalities in the district of Čadca. Projekt nadväzuje na výsledky úspenej realizácie a implementácie národných projektov Podpora opatrovatežskej sluby realizovaných v období od 2013 do 2018. Realizácia národných projektov výrazne zlepila dostupnos opatrovatežskej sluby aj pre osoby s nízkymi príjmami a tým ich kvalitu ivota. Ciežom náho projektu je zvýenie dostupnosti opatrovatežskej sluby pre osoby odkázané na pomoc iných v okrese Čadca prostredníctvom poskytovania cenovo dostupnej kvalitnej sluby s dostatočnou kapacitou na uspokojenie čo najväčieho počtu iadatežov o opatrovatežskú slubu. Ciežovou skupinou projektu sú deti a plnoleté fyzické osoby, ktorým sa poskytujú sociálne sluby a zamestnanci vykonávajúci politiky a opatrenia v oblasti sociálneho začlenenia vo verejnom aj v neverejnom sektore. V prípade prijímatežov sociálnej sluby sa jedná o žudí ijúcich v odžahlých oblastiach, ktorí sú často sociálne vylúčení, ich domácnos je zanedbávaná a tým trpí ich kvalita ivota. Realizácia projektu zabezpečí zotrvanie osôb z ciežovej skupiny v ich prirodzenom domácom prostredí, pričom slubu im budú poskytova najmä opatrovatelia z ich blízkeho okolia, čo bude ma pozitívny vplyv na miestnu zamestnanos a aj kvalitu práce zamestnancov, ale hlavne zabezpečí týmto žuďom dôstojnos. Meratežné ukazovatele boli zadefinované vyhlasovatežom výzvy. Ciež projektu bude napĺňaný prostredníctvom hlavnej aktivity poskytovanie opatrovatežskej sluby podža §41 zákona 448/2008 o sociálnych slubách. Miestom realizácie projektu bude sídlo organizácie a miestom výkonu opatrovatežskej sluby budú domácnosti klientov v rozličných obciach v okrese Čadca. (Slovak)
