The aim of the project to undo the ENERGY NATIONAL BUDING M Partizánska 20 A 22, is reconstructing and modernising the building, improving the protection of building contractions from external influences (see, wind, snow). The implementation of the project will ensure that energy consumption is reduced and that the budget of the city is not increased. This will significantly improve the working environment for employees and cats. The implementation of the project will consist of four measures, which have been designed as the optimal combination of measures of a construction nature, measures within the modernisation of the distribution and hot water system and, last but not least, modernisation of lighting and installation of air conditioning with heat recovery. The design of the measures for the processing of the project documentation was based on the results of the baseline energy audit, which was a recommendation for the scope of the project documentation processing. At the same time, at this stage of the preparation of the project documentation, high emphasis was also placed on the indicator, Value for Money. This is the final indicator in the project, we can say that the measure of quality of the whole project. Indicator, Value for money is determined by the ratio of the value of the measurement indicator in the project, i.e. the reduction of energy needs in the building in question and the financial resources spent. Expresses the contribution of the project in proportion to the financial resources deployed. (English)

    Ciežom projektu „ ZN͎ENIE ENERGETICKEJ NÁROČNOSTI BUDOVY MŠ PARTIZÁNSKA 20 A 22, HUMENNɓ je rekonštrukcia a modernizácia budovy, zlepšenie ochrany stavebných konštrukcií pred vonkajšími vplyvmi (dážď, vietor, sneh). Realizácia projektu zabezpečí zníženie spotreby energie a nenavyšovanie finančného zaažovania rozpočtu mesta. Dôjde tak ku výraznému zlepšeniu pracovného prostredia pre zamestnancov a žiakov. Realizácia projektu bude pozostáva zo štyroch opatrení, ktoré boli navrhnuté ako optimálna kombinácia opatrení stavebného charakteru, opatrení v rámci modernizácie systému rozvodov a prípravy teplej vody a v neposlednom rade aj modernizácie osvetlenia a inštalácie vzduchotechniky so spätným získavaním tepla. Pri návrhu opatrení na spracovanie projektovej dokumentácie sa vychádzalo z výsledkov východiskového energetického auditu, ktorý mal pre rozsah spracovania projektovej dokumentácie odporúčací charakter. Zároveň sa už v tejto fáze prípravy projektovej dokumentácie kládol vysoký dôraz aj na ukazovatež ,,Value for Money“. Ten je výsledným ukazovatežom v projekte, môžeme poveda, že meradlom kvality celého projektu. Ukazovatež ,,Value for money“ sa určí pomerom hodnoty meratežného ukazovateža v projekte, t.j. zníženie potreby energie v predmetnej budove a vynaložených finančných zdrojov. Vyjadruje prínos projektu v pomere ku vynaloženým finančným zdrojom. (Slovak)
