Main activity: Providing a nursing service. The objective of the implemented project is to eliminate the negative effects of institutional culture in the provision of social services for children and adults dependent on social services, as well as on employees providing the service. By implementing community-based care provided in the form of field social service, the needs of single clients in their natural environment will be ensured. This would ensure the respect of individual clients’ personal needs and preferences, reduce the passive behaviour of clients resulting from their helplessness, ensure that their uniqueness and humanity are respected. The provision of social services in the home environment deepens the relationship between the client and the employee – performing the services provided and does not cause the client to lose contact with the local community. The result of the implementation of the field social service is not only improvement, or stabilisation of the client’s health status, but also an increase in the quality of his life as well as the life of people living in his immediate vicinity. The project itself would be implemented on the territory of the municipality of Lipová through qualified own staff. Measurement indicators for the project code P0334 number of supported capacities i. services or measures at municipal level in the home environment is the target number of 3 caregivers, code 0361 number of projects soc.sluby me local level is 1. Hlavná aktivita : Poskytovanie opatrovatežskej sluby. Hžavným ciežom realizovaného projektu je odstráni negatívne vplyvy intitucionálnej kultúry pri poskytovaní sociálnych sluieb pre deti a plnoleté fyzické osoby odkázané na sociálnu slubu, ako aj na zamestnancov poskytujúcich uvedenú slubu. Realizáciou komunitnej starostlivosti poskytovanej formou terénnej sociálnej sluby budú zabezpečené potreby jednolivých klientov v ich prirodzenom pre nich známom prostredí. Zabezpečilo by sa tak repektovanie osobných potrieb a preferencií jednotlivých klientov, zníilo by sa pasívne správanie klientov vyplývajúce z ich bezmocnosti, zabezpečilo by sa repektovanie ich jedinečnosti a žudskosti. Poskytovaním sociálnych sluieb v domácom prostredí sa prehlbuje vzah medzi klientom a zamestnancom - vykonávatežom poskytovanej sluby a neprichádza ani k strate kontaktu klienta s miestnou komunitou. Výsledkom realizácie terénnej sociálnej sluby je nielien zlepenie, prípadne stabilizovanie zdravotného stavu klienta ale aj zvýenie kvality jeho ivota ako aj aj ivota žudí ijúcich v jeho bezprostrednom okolí. Samotný projekt by bol realizovaný na území obce Lipová a to prostredníctvom kvalifikovaných vlastných pracovníkov. Meratežné ukazovateže pri projekte kód P0334 počet podporovaných kapacít i. sluieb alebo opatrení na komunálnej úrovni v domácom prostredí je ciežový počet 3 opatrovatežky, kód 0361 počet projektov soc.sluby ma miestnej úrovni je 1.
