Crearea unei unei oferte educationale de buna calitate la nivelul educatiei timpurii si a invatamantului obligatoriu in Comuna Poiana Stampei Obiectivul proiectului propus se bazeaza pe imbunatatirea infrastructurii de educatie la nivelul comunei Poiana Stampei si implicit a procesului educational, prin crearea, extinderea, reabilitarea si modernizarea de noi spatii necesarii derularii activitatii educationale in cadrul scolii gimnaziale Poiana Stampei. In subsidiar, se va urmari cresterea ofertei educationale prin oferirea unor metode moderne de invatare si prin prestarea unor activitati extracurriculare, in procesul acesta fiind implicati atat elevii cat si profesorii si membrii comunitatii. Obiectivul propus vine in sprijinul realizararii obiectivului specific 10.1 al Axei Prioritare 10. in sensul ca prin atingerea lui va creste calitatea si atractivitatea educatiei efectuate in cadrul invatamantului obligatoriu scolar cu implicatii deosebite in participarea elevilor la proces, reducerea abandonuui scolar si mai ales a parasirii timpurii a scolii. Se urmareste ca si obiectiv subsidiar reducerea abandonului scolar si cresterea numarului de elevi ce vor urma clasele invatamantului superior. Desi la prima vedere, o parte din conditiile programului care sunt stabilite in scopul de a stabili apriori necesitatea implementarii proiectului in scoli cu indicatori de parasire a scolii foarte ridicati, cu rata a absolvirii scolii scazute, etc., trebuie neaparat tinut cont si de alte aspecte care pot genera in viitor aceste situatii. Acesta a si fost unul dintre motivele importante de promovare a proiectului, tinandu-se cont ca totusi situatia copiilor din Comuna Poiana Stampei este destul de critica (procent mare de copii ce provin din familii monoparentale, copii la care parintii sunt plecati in strainatate, educatia lor ramand in atributiile rudelor), situatie ce impune ca fiind absolut necesara interrventia sistemului de invatamant la nivele ridicate de atractivitate si performanta. The objective of the proposed project is based on the improvement of the educational infrastructure in Poiana Stampei commune and the educational process, by creating, expanding, rehabilitating and modernising new spaces for the educational activity in Poiana Stampei school. In the alternative, it will aim to increase the educational offer by offering modern methods of learning and by providing extracurricular activities, both students and teachers and community members are involved in the process. The proposed objective is to support the achievement of the specific objective 10.1 of Priority Axis 10. in the sense that by achieving it will increase the quality and attractiveness of the education performed in compulsory school education with special implications in the participation of students in the process, reducing school dropout and especially early school leaving. The objective is to reduce school dropout and increase the number of students who will attend higher education classes. Although at first glance, some of the program conditions that are established in order to establish the need to implement the project in schools with indicators for leaving the school very high, with the rate of graduation of the low school, etc., should necessarily be taken into account and other aspects that may generate these situations in the future. This was also one of the important reasons for promoting the project, bearing in mind that the situation of children in Poiana Stampei commune is quite critical (large percentage of children from single parent families, children to whom parents are gone abroad, their education remains in the hands of relatives), a situation that requires the intervention of the education system at high levels of attractiveness and performance.
