The project is aimed at drawing up documentation of nature protection, programs of care for two vežkoploné protected areas Protected Landscape Area (hereinafter referred to as PLA) Horná Orava and PLA tiavnické vrchy. Within their territory there are several areas of European importance for which the Slovak Republic must have drawn up documents of care and it is not possible to draw up them separately. Therefore, the management programmes referred to in the PLA will also be a programme for the management of the territories of Community importance located within them. In the case of the PKO Horná Orava there are 19 areas of Community importance (SKUEV0057, SKUEV0185, SKUEV0187, SKUEV0188, SKUEV0189, SKUEV0190, SKUEV0191, SKUEV0193, SKUEV0222/SKUEV2222, SKUEV0304/SKUEV2304, SKUEV0658, SKUEV0659, SKUEV0660, SKUEV0661, SKUEV0662, SKUEV0826, SKUEV0828, SKUEV0963, SKUEV0964) and for PKO tiavnické vrchy about 9 areas of Community importance (SKUEV0015, SKUEV0216, SKUEV0258, SKUEV0259, SKUEV0262, SKUEV0263, SKUEV0264, SKUEV0265, SKUEV0266). The basis for the creation of a care document will be a mapping of the presence of protected objects (habitats and species), an analysis of socio-economic conditions and the factors acting and influencing the objects of protection following ownership. The aim of the project will be to prepare and pre-negotiate the documentation of nature protection under the curriculum in Annex 18 of the Ministry of Environment of the Slovak Republic No. 24/2003 Coll., as amended by late regulations, implementing Act No 543/2002 Coll. on nature protection and landscape, as amended by late regulations, with the requirement of subject matter of protection of areas of European importance occurring within these two areas. The documentation will be the basis for the approval of the principles of care in the 28 SCIs occurring within the two protected landscape areas. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Projekt je zameraný na vypracovanie dokumentácie ochrany prírody, programov starostlivosti o dve vežkoploné chránené územia Chránenú krajinnú oblas (ďalej aj CHKO) Horná Orava a CHKO tiavnické vrchy. V rámci ich územia sa nachádzajú viaceré územia európskeho významu, pre ktoré musí ma Slovenská republika vypracované dokumenty starostlivosti a nie je moné vypracova ich samostatne. Preto programy starostlivosti o vyie uvedené CHKO budú zároveň aj programom starostlivosti o územia európskeho významu, ktoré sa nachádzajú v rámci nich. V prípade CHKO Horná Orava ide o 19 území európskeho významu (SKUEV0057, SKUEV0185, SKUEV0187, SKUEV0188, SKUEV0189, SKUEV0190, SKUEV0191, SKUEV0193, SKUEV0222/ SKUEV2222, SKUEV0304/ SKUEV2304, SKUEV0658, SKUEV0659, SKUEV0660, SKUEV0661, SKUEV0662, SKUEV0826, SKUEV0828, SKUEV0963, SKUEV0964) a v prípade CHKO tiavnické vrchy o 9 území európskeho významu (SKUEV0015, SKUEV0216, SKUEV0258, SKUEV0259, SKUEV0262, SKUEV0263, SKUEV0264, SKUEV0265, SKUEV0266). Podkladom pre vytvorenie dokumentu starostlivosti bude zmapovanie výskytu predmetov ochrany (biotopov a druhov), analýza socioekonomických pomerov a faktorov pôsobiacich a ovplyvňujúcich predmety ochrany v nadväznosti na vlastnícke vzahy. Ciežom projektu bude vypracovanie a predrokovanie dokumentácie ochrany prírody podža osnovy v prílohe č. 18 vyhláky Ministerstva ivotného prostredia Slovenskej republiky č. 24/2003 Z. z. v znení neskorích predpisov, ktorou sa vykonáva zákon č. 543/2002 Z. z. o ochrane prírody a krajiny v znení neskorích predpisov, so zohžadnením poiadaviek predmetov ochrany území európskeho významu, ktoré sa vyskytujú v rámci týchto dvoch území. Dokumentácia bude podkladom pre schválenie zásad starostlivosti v 28 územiach európskeho významu, vyskytujúcich sa v rámci dvoch chránených krajinných oblastí. (Slovak)
