The aim of this project Lifelong Learning to non-disqualification is to contribute to supporting the development of human resources and improving equal access to life-long learning in order to enhance knowledge, skills and key competences. The project also aims to: Effectively enhance the quality of life-long learning in order to enhance skills, knowledge with an emphasis on the development of key competences and deepening of knowledge. Specific objectives:1. Ensure equal access and monos to life-long learning with an emphasis on raising education and key competences.2. Through a partnership between the educational organisation and business, it will contribute to deepening and upgrading qualifications in order to adapt the CV content to the requirements and needs of employment3. Additional education will ensure the development of personality, their skills and knowledge with an emphasis on other applications in working life. The planned main activities of the project are assigned to the type of activities identified by the call, namely: support partnerships with employees and professional organisations, employers’ associations, associations and chambers in the creation, innovation and implementation of education. The planned training of employees, which will be achieved through the implementation of planned activities, is key not only from the need for personal growth of the individual employee, but also from the needs of the employer. At the same time, we will contribute to support the development of human resources, life-long education and, last but not least, to improving the social situation of the target group employees and persons involved in activities within the framework of life-long learning.Main activities of the project:1.        Basic manual skills of employees in production centres2.        English language courses for beginners3.        Advanced English courses4.        Socio-communication training5.        Other services to the target groupSupport activities:1.        project management and administration2.        publicity and information by the OEGs are: employees, young people under 25 years, old people of working age employees over 5 years Education will be implemented for employees of SEZ Krompachy a.s.     Zámerom predkladaného projektu Celoživotným vzdelávaním k nedisKVALIFIKÁCII je prispie k podpore rozvoja žudských zdrojov a zlepšenia rovnakého prístupu k  celoživotnému vzdelávaniu za účelom zvyšovania vedomostí, zručností a kžúčových kompetencií.Ciežom projektu je: Efektívne zvýši kvalitu celoživotného vzdelávania za účelom zvyšovania zručností, vedomostí s dôrazom na rozvoj kžúčových kompetencii a prehlbovania vedomostí.Špecifické ciele:1. Zabezpeči rovnaký prístup a možnos k celoživotnému vzdelávaniu s dôrazom na zvyšovanie vzdelania a kžúčových kompetencií.2. Partnerstvom medzi vzdelávacou organizáciou a podnikom prispie k prehlbovaniu a zvyšovaniu  kvalifikácie s ciežom prispôsobi obsah CŽV požiadavkám a potrebám zamestnávateža3. Doplnkovým vzdelávaním zabezpeči rozvoj osobnosti, jej schopností a vedomostí s dôrazom na ďalšiu aplikáciu v pracovnom živote.Plánované hlavné aktivity projektu sú priradené k typu aktivít stanovených výzvou a to: podpora partnerstiev so zamestnávatežmi a profesijnými organizáciami, zamestnávatežskými zväzmi, asociáciami a komorami pri tvorbe, inovácii a realizácii vzdelávania.Plánované odborné vzdelávanie zamestnancov, ktoré bude dosiahnuté prostredníctvom realizovania plánovaných aktivít je kžúčové nielen z pohžadu osobnostného rastu jednotlivého zamestnanca, ale aj z hžadiska potrieb zamestnávateža. Zároveň aktivitami prispejeme k podpore rozvoja žudských zdrojov, celoživotného vzdelávania a v neposlednom rade k zlepšeniu sociálnej situácie ciežovej skupiny – zamestnanci a osoby zúčastnené na aktivitách v rámci celoživotného vzdelávania.Hlavné aktivity projektu:1.        Základné manuálne zručnosti zamestnancov vo výrobných strediskách2.        Kurzy anglického jazyka pre začiatočníkov3.        Kurzy anglického jazyka pre pokročilých4.        Socio-komunikačný tréning5.        Iné služby ciežovej skupinePodporné aktivity:1.        riadenie a administrácia projektu2.        publicita a informovanosCiežovými skupinami sú: zamestnanci, mladí žudia do 25 rokov,   starí žudia v produktívnom veku – zamestnanci nad 5o rokov Vzdelávanie bude realizované pre  zamestnancov SEZ Krompachy a.s.
