The aim of the project is the implementation of accredited training courses in the field of gastronomy aimed at improving the quality and efficiency of life-long learning with an emphasis on the development of key competences, deepening and upgrading of qualifications. The envisaged timeframe for the implementation of the project is the period from 01/2018-04/2020. The initial implementation of the project will consist of the acquisition of the material and technical equipment necessary for the actual implementation of the courses, which will be carried out in the premises of the request. Following the acquisition of the MTZ, training courses in the field of gastro fields will be carried out: “Barman, "Barista", "Somelier", "Baker-Carker", "Cooker", "Butcher”. The selection of participants will be carried out directly by the request of the submitted project through publication and information activities. Training courses will be provided free of charge to selected trainees. The main activity will also include the development of instructional guides for individual courses, graphic design and the printing of manuals for individual courses. The implementation of the training courses will take place in the premises of the request, the Secondary School of Trade and Services in Preov, which has the necessary space for effective teaching of individual disciplines. The defined objective of the project is specific, measured, achievable, important and timed.  Through the implementation of the proposed project activities, the selected values of the selected measurement indicators relevant to the type of eligible activities will be achieved: Number of CV participants gaining or increasing their qualification at the time of departure – 60 participants Number of participants involved in CV activities – 60 participants Implementation of all project activities will be handled in a supply way based on public digestion, through a high-quality and experienced company. The aim will be to successfully implement the project and thus provide the possibility of the contribution of participants in educational activities for their personal educational development. She plans to fully achieve and fulfil the defined measurement indicators within the project implementation. (English)

    Ciežom projektu je realizácia akreditovaných vzdelávacích kurzov v oblasti gastronómie zameraných na zvýšenie kvality a efektívnosti celoživotného vzdelávania s dôrazom na rozvoj kžúčových kompetencií, prehlbovanie a zvyšovanie kvalifikácie. Predpokladaný časový rámec realizácie projektu predstavuje obdobie od 01/2018-04/2020. Prvotná realizácia projektu bude pozostáva z obstarania materiálno-technického vybavenia potrebného k samotnej realizácii kurzov, ktoré sa budú realizova v priestoroch žiadateža. Následne po obstaraní MTZ sa pristúpi k realizácií vzdelávacích kurzov v oblasti gastro odborov: "Barman, "Barista", "Someliér", "Pekár-Cukrár", "Kuchár", "Mäsiar". Výber účastníkov bude realizovaný priamo žiadatežom predkladaného projektu prostredníctvom publikačnej a informačnej činnosti. Vybraným frekventantom budú vzdelávacie kurzy poskytnuté bezodplatne. Súčasou hlavnej aktivity bude aj vypracovanie inštruktážnych príručiek pre jednotlivé kurzy, grafický návrh a tlač príručiek pre jednotlivé kurzy. Realizácia vzdelávacích kurzov bude prebieha v priestoroch žiadateža, Strednej odbornej školy obchodu a služieb v Prešove, ktorý má potrebné priestory pre efektívnu výučbu jednotlivých odborov. Zadefinovaný ciež projektu je konkrétny, meratežný, dosiahnutežný, dôležitý a časovo určený.  Prostredníctvom realizácie navrhovaných aktivít projektu sa dosiahnu zvolené hodnoty vybraných meratežných ukazovatežov relevantných pre daný typ oprávnených aktivít: Počet účastníkov CŽV, ktorí v čase odchodu získali alebo si zvýšili kvalifikáciu - 60 účastníkov Počet účastníkov zapojených do aktivít CŽV - 60 účastníkov Implementácia všetkých aktivít projektu bude riešená dodávatežským spôsobom na základe verejného obstrávania, prostredníctvom kvalitnej a skúsenej spoločnosti. Ciežom bude úspešná realizácia projektu a tým poskytnutie možnosti prínosu účastníkom vzdelávacích aktivít pre ich osobný vzdelanostný rozvoj.Žiadatež plánuje vyššie zadefinované meratežné ukazovatele v rámci realizácie projektu plnohodnotne dosiahnu a naplni.
