The monos employed for this group of persons is not very high. Their application in the labour market often depends on the possibility and accessibility of vocational training. Creating the conditions for active inclusion of disabled people is possible by diversifying forms of education into new forms of life-long learning, e.g. e-learning or hybrid learning, which make it more accessible to them monos education.Professions and their skills due to digitalisation disappear and are replaced by new ones. Computer literacy is therefore essential for access to the labour market. New technologies should make it easy for handicapped people to gain access to the labour market, where their handicap may not be hampered. Project Qualify – ECDL New Anca also for disabled people will create and implement a modern digital literacy education programme for people with disabilities, respecting their specificities and educational needs, with a view to increasing their ICT competence through quality and efficient long-term education and creating the conditions for the inclusion of socially excluded people into the labour market and society. Kadý, kto sa chce presadi na súčasnom neustále sa meniacom a rýchlo sa vyvíjajúcom trhu práce, musí rozvíja svoje vedomosti, zručnosti a schopnosti, aby spĺňal kladené poiadavky a obstál v silnejúcej konkurencii. Túto monos prináajú programy celoivotného vzdelávania dospelých konzistentné s poiadavkami trhu práce.Osobitnou ciežovou skupinou na trhu práce sú osoby so zdravotným postihnutím so pecifickými pracovnými a vzdelávacími potrebami. Monos zamestna sa pre túto skupinu osôb nie je vežmi vežká. Ich uplatnenie sa na trhu práce pritom častokrát závisí od monosti a dostupnosti odborného vzdelávania. Tvorba podmienok pre aktívnu inklúziu zdravotne postihnutých osôb je moná diverzifikáciou foriem vzdelávania na nové formy celoivotného vzdelávania, napr. e-learning alebo hybridný spôsob vzdelávania, ktoré im lepie sprístupnia monos vzdeláva sa.Profesie a ich zručnosti v dôsledku digitalizácie zanikajú a sú nahradzované novými. Počítačová gramotnos je pre uplatnenie sa na trhu práce preto nevyhnutná. Nové technológie by mali užahči handicapovaným osobám žahie sa uplatni na trhu práce, kde ich handicap nemusí by prekákou. Projekt Kvalifikujte sa - ECDL nová anca aj pre zdravotne postihnutých vytvorí a zrealizuje moderný vzdelávací program digitálnej gramotnosti pre osoby so zdravotným postihnutím repektujúc ich pecifiká a potreby pri vzdelávaní s ciežom zvýi ich kompetencie v oblasti IKT prostredníctvom kvalitného a efektívneho dlhodobého vzdelávania a vytvori podmienky pre inklúziu sociálne vylúčených osôb na pracovný trh a do spoločnosti.
