The main objective of the project is to misunderstand the results of students at risk of school failure through newly created jobs due to problems in learning, behaviour or health problems. The present project is directly linked to the specific ciež:1.1.1 increase in inclusiveness and equal access to quality education and poorer outcomes and competences of children and students. The needs of the target group will be to respond to activities that contribute to equalising the disadvantage of pupils with special educational needs and students and ensuring equal opportunities in the educational process. With regard to the specific objectives of the OP, the main activities were also selected:1, creation of 1 full post per assistant teacher2, creation of 1 full post per special pedagogue All posts will be employed as of 1.1.2018 per contract. The main activity of the project is focused on the activity of the assistant teacher. The teaching assistant is an integral part of the education process, who is assigned to the pupils with VET, whose diagnosis is particularly desirable. The assistant’s activities are focused on immediate assistance and cooperation with classroom teachers, facilitating the adaptation of the dieao and helping to overcome barriers. An important part of the assistant’s activities is the preparation of teaching aids, accompanied by outside the classroom and extracurricular activities. Second main activity: Special pedagogue directly participates in education and education as well as health disadvantages at the regular round. It participates in the development of an individual training programme. In the process of teaching, it provides individual special pedagogical, therapeutic and rehabilitation services. It provides consultation, advice and information to other practitioners of the round and to the parents of the school. It cooperates with other consulting institutions, especially with the centre of special-pedagogical counselling, the centre of pedagogical counselling, or with doctors. The aim and output of the teaching assistant’s activity will be activities leading to ensuring equal opportunities in the educational process. The objective and output of the main activity of the special educator will be to improve the school results, which will be verified after the end of the program by stamping the students. (English)

    Hlavným ciežom projektu je prostredníctvom novovytvorených pracovných miest zlepši študijné výsledky žiakov ohrozených školským neúspechom z dôvodu problémov v učení, správaní, alebo zdravotných problémov. Predkladaný projekt priamo nadväzuje na špecifický ciež:1.1.1 Zvýši inkluzívnos a rovnaký prístup ku kvalitnému vzdelávaniu a zlepši výsledky a kompetencie detí a žiakov. Na potreby ciežovej skupiny budú reagova aktivity, ktoré prispievajú k vyrovnávaniu znevýhodnenia žiakov so špeciálnymi výchovno-vzdelávacímí potrebami a žiakov a zabezpečenie rovnosti príležitostí vo výchovno-vzdelávacom procese. S ohžadom na špecifický ciež OP boli zvolené aj hlavné aktivity:1, vytvorenie 1 plného pracovného miesta na pozíciu asistenta učiteža2, vytvorenie 1 plného pracovného miesta na pozíciu špeciálny pedagóg Všetky pracovné pozície budú zamestnané od 1.1 2018 na pracovnú zmluvu. Hlavná aktivita projektu je zameraná na činnos asistenta učiteža. Neoddelitežnou súčasou výchovno vzdelávacieho procesu je asistent učiteža, ktorý je pridelený k žiakom so ŠVVP, ktorých diagnózy si to osobitne vyžadujú. Aktivity asistenta sú zamerané na bezprostrednú pomoc a spoluprácu s učitežom v triede, užahčovanie adaptácie dieaa a pomoc pri prekonávaní bariér. Dôležitou súčasou aktivít asistenta učiteža je príprava učebných pomôcok, sprevádza žiaka aj mimo triedy a pri mimoškolských aktivitách. Druhá hlavná aktivita: Špeciálny pedagóg sa priamo podieža na výchove a vzdelávaní žiaka so zdravotným znevýhodnením na bežnej škole. Podieža sa na vypracovávaní individuálneho vzdelávacieho programu. V procese vyučovania poskytuje žiakovi individuálne špeciálno-pedagogické, terapeutické a rehabilitačné služby. Poskytuje konzultácie, rady a informácie ostatným odborným pracovníkom školy i rodičom žiaka. Podža potreby spolupracuje s ostatnými poradenskými inštitúciami, predovšetkým s centrom špeciálno-pedagogického poradenstva, centrom pedagogicko – psychologického poradenstva, prípadne aj s lekármi. Ciežom a výstupom aktivity asistenta učiteža budú činnosti vedúce k zabezpečeniu rovnosti príležitostí vo výchovno-vzdelávacom procese. Ciežom a výstupom hlavnej aktivity Špeciálny pedagóg bude zlepšenie školských výsledkov, ktoré sa budú po ukončení programu overova známkovaním žiakov. (Slovak)
