Middle professional round of gastronomy and hotel services, Farský 9 had two objects. Currently, in the building on Farský 9, there is a theoretical and practical preparation of chicks in related fields, which is limited by space and availability. Na Pantoch 20 mainly takes place theoretical and practical preparation of chicks in the main group of disciplines 29 Food, which is materially and technically limited. In view of the development requirements resulting from the Centre of Vocational Education and Training, the property of the Kola object on Harmincová 1, which was building and technically unsatisfactory, was included in the property of the Kola object on Harmincová 1, which was building and technically unsatisfactory, and offered the potential for further growth of practical preparation of chicks. Due to the high investment demand, the middle professional round of gastronomy and hotel services was not able to equip the new premises, which results in insufficient preparation of the pupils in practical teaching with an impact on the application of these diseases in the labour market. The aim of the project is to increase the number of secondary professional rounds in practical teaching under Priority Axis No.2: Easy access to efficient and high-quality public promises. The defined objective should be achieved through the implementation of the main activity no. 1: Reconstruction and modernisation of Harmincova 1, main activity no. 2: Modernisation of the material and technical equipment of the Harmincova 1 and main activity No. 3: Increasing the energy efficiency of Harmincova 1. After the completion of the project and implementation of all planned activities, the Centre for Vocational Education and Training Farský 9 (hereinafter referred to as COVP) supported in the field of food 2855.34 m² of floor area of renovated public buildings, renovated 1 public building, supported by 1 vocational education and training centre, thus supporting the College infrastructure for 424 students visiting the disciplines that are the subject of the secondary vocational school project. The goal group, which will benefit from the implementation of the project, are learners, participants in other education and educators. In view of the demographic development of the population, the increase in the attractiveness of vocational training through the project and the positive development of the labour market, we expect the result achieved to increase the number of students undergoing vocational training in support infrastructure by 10 % by 2025. Through its solutions and activities through which vocational education and training, further education and educators develop, the project simulates working conditions similar in business environments and creates improvements in spatial, material and technical equipment and conditions for vocational education and training, which will result in a greater number of COVP students undergoing experience in an environment comparable to that of the private sector, with the monoscope of subsequent involvement of students in teaching directly from the employer. Since the beginning of the preparation of the project, the focus has also been placed on the provision of life-long education within the meaning of Act No. 568/2009 on Lifelong Education and on Amendments and Supplements to certain Acts, which are adapted to the building objects from the layout. Through building modifications, reconstructing the external and indoor areas of the COVP complex, professional workplaces from several objects will be concentrated into one Harmincova 1 object, thus contributing to improving the quality of education conditions, increasing the safety of piglets and promoting inclusion by ensuring barrier-free access and, last but not least, increasing energy efficiency. Stredná odborná kola gastronómie a hotelových sluieb, Farského 9 disponovala dvoma objektami. V súčasnosti v objekte na Farského 9 prebieha teoretická a praktická príprava iakov v súvisiacich odboroch, ktorá je priestormi a dispozíciou limitovaná. V objekte Na pántoch 20 prebieha predovetkým teoretická a praktická príprava iakov v hlavnej skupine odborov 29 Potravinárstvo, ktorá je vak materiálovo a technicky limitovaná. Vzhžadom na poiadavky rozvoja, vyplývajúce centru odborného vzdelávania a prípravy, bol zaradený do majetku koly objekt na Harmincovej 1, ktorý bol vak stavebne a technicky nevyhovujúci, avak ponúkal potenciál pre ďalí rast praktickej prípravy iakov. Vzhžadom na vysokú investičnú náročnos nebola Stredná odborná kola gastronómie a hotelových sluieb, Farského 9 schopná vybavi nové priestory, čo má za následok nedostatočnú prípravu iakov v praktickom vyučovaní s dopadom na uplatnenie týchto iakov na trhu práce. Ciežom projektu Rekontrukcia a investičná podpora COVP Farského 9 (ďalej len projekt) je zvýenie počtu iakov stredných odborných kôl na praktickom vyučovaní v rámci prioritnej osi č.2: źahí prístup k efektívnejím a kvalitnejím verejným slubám. Zadefinovaný ciež má by dosiahnutý prostredníctvom realizácie hlavnej aktivity č. 1: Rekontrukcia a modernizácia objektu Harmincova 1, hlavnej aktivity č. 2: Modernizácia materiálno-technického vybavenia odborných pracovísk objektu Harmincova 1 a hlavnej aktivity č. 3: Zvýenie energetickej efektívnosti objektu Harmincova 1. Po skončení projektu a realizácií vetkých plánovaných aktivít bude v Centre odborného vzdelávania a prípravy Farského 9 (ďalej len COVP) podporených v oblasti potravinárstva 2 855,34 m2 podlahovej plochy renovovaných verejných budov, renovovaná 1 verejná budova, podporené 1 centrum odborného vzdelávania a prípravy, čím sa podporí kolská infratruktúra pre 424 iakov navtevujúcich odbory, ktoré sú predmetom projektu strednej odbornej koly. Ciežová skupina, ktorá bude profitova z realizácie projektu, sú iaci, účastníci ďalieho vzdelávania a pedagógovia. Vzhžadom na demografický vývoj obyvatežstva, zvýenie atraktívnosti odborného vzdelávania prostredníctvom projektu a pozitívny vývoj na trhu práce, očakávame dosiahnutý výsledok zvýenie počtu iakov, absolvujúcich odborné vzdelávanie v podpornej infratruktúre, o 10% do roku 2025. Projekt svojim rieením a aktivitami, prostredníctvom ktorých sa realizuje odborné vzdelávanie a príprava, ďalie vzdelávanie a rozvoj pedagógov, simuluje pracovné podmienky podobné v podnikatežskom prostredí a vytvorí také zlepenie priestorového a materiálovo-technického vybavenia a podmienok pre odborné vzdelávanie a prípravy, ktoré umoní väčiemu počtu iakov COVP absolvova prax v prostredí porovnatežnému so súkromným sektorom s monosou následného zapojenia iakov do vyučovania priamo u zamestnávateža. Do centra pozornosti sa od začiatku prípravy projektu dostal aj dôraz na poskytovanie celoivotného vzdelávania v zmysle zákona č. 568/2009 o celoivotnom vzdelávaní a o zmene a doplnení niektorých zákonov , čomu sú prispôsobené stavebné objekty z hžadiska dispozície. Prostredníctvom stavebných úprav, rekontrukciou vonkajích a vnútorných priestorov areálu COVP budú odborné pracoviská z viacerých objektov koly koncentrované do jedného objektu Harmincova 1, čím projekt prispieva k zlepeniu kvality podmienok na vzdelávanie, zvýi sa bezpečnos iakov a podporí inklúziu zabezpečením bezbariérového prístupu a v neposlednom rade zvýi energetickú efektívnos.
