The aim of the project is to reduce the flood threat of the inhabitants of the village źubica and the town of Kemark by implementing flood measures within the framework of Activity 1 Providing flood protection through the construction of 6 flowing dry halves on 5 streams in the źubica river basin in the former Javorina district, where he is the manager of the flow. The task of half-drugs will be to lurk water in particular in times of extreme rainfall and transform the flood wave with the aim of achieving the protection of 119 inhabitants in the geographical areas of źubica- źubica and źubica Kemarok with an existing potentially significant flood risk. At the same time, asset protection of EUR 10 million would be achieved. The flood protection measures implemented will also contribute to the flooding of water in the country, to reducing the risk of erosion, to stabilising the watercourse as well as to improving the economic utility of the area from the need to manage grassland and forest land. Ciežom projektu iadateža VLM SR, .p je zníi povodňové ohrozenie obyvatežov obce źubica a mesta Kemarku realizáciou protipovodňových opatrení v rámci Aktivity 1 Zabezpečenie protipovodňovej ochrany prostredníctvom výstavby 6 prietočných suchých poldrov na 5 tokoch v povodí toku źubica v bývalom Vojenskom obvode Javorina, kde je iadatež správcom tokov. Úlohou poldrov bude zadriavanie prívalových vôd v hlavne v čase mimoriadnych zráok a transformácia povodňovej vlny s ciežom dosiahnutia ochrany 119 obyvatežov v geografických oblastiach źubica- źubica a źubica Kemarok s existujúcim potenciálne významným povodňovým rizikom. Zároveň by mala by dosiahnutá ochrana majetku v hodnote 10 mil.. Realizované protipovodňové opatrenia prispejú taktie k zadriavaniu vody v krajine, k zniovania rizika erózie, k stabilizácii vodného toku ako aj k zlepeniu hospodárskej vyuitežnosti územia z pohžadu obhospodarovania trávnatých a lesných pozemkov.
