KINEX BEARINGS a.s. is a European leader in the production of roller bearings for freight wagons, an important supplier of rolling bearings for the aerospace industry, the world’s largest supplier of specialty locations for the textile industry, one of the world’s suppliers of special water pump sites in the automotive industry, a manufacturer of components for various industries, and a supply of high-quality measuring instruments for all segments of the industry. On the Slovak market we are the only manufacturer of roller bearings. The objective of the present project is to: The introduction of an innovative automated workplace for the production of internal rings of bearings is the serial production of internal rings for roller and steel loies of leather vehicles, which significantly contributes to meeting the objectives of the Research and Innovation Strategy for intelligent specialisation of the Slovak Republic and directly follows the area of economic specialisation RIS3 Automotive industry and mechanical engineering and the prospective area: Automation, robotics and digital technologies.The implementation of the project will reduce the technological gap of the Slovak Republic and the innovation of three products and two processes of the company, representing an innovation of medium and high degree due to the fact that the request is the only manufacturer in Slovakia of roller bearings and will be the only manufacturer of metallic inner rings of the bearings. The aid will thus be granted for the initial investment (substantial change) through an investment in the assets of the company, which will achieve product and process innovation. The implementation of the project will contribute to the growth of innovation capacity, innovation of production through the production of quality products, reduced error rates and subsequent repairs, increase of labour productivity, mitigation of negative impact on the environment, through reduction of energy intensity, reduction of direct and indirect materials, improvement of the economic result and growth of the company’s competitiveness. Spoločnos KINEX BEARINGS a.s. je európsky líder vo výrobe valčekových loísk pre nákladné vagóny, dôleitý dodávatež valivých loísk pre letecký priemysel, najväčí svetový dodávatež peciálnych loísk pre textilný priemysel, jeden zo svetových dodávatežov peciálnych loísk pre vodné čerpadlá v automobilovom priemysle, výrobca komponentov pre rôzne odvetvia priemyslu a dodávatež vysoko kvalitných meracích nástrojov pre vetky segmenty v priemysle. Na slovenskom trhu sme jediný výrobca valčekových loísk. Ciežom predkladaného projektu: Zavedenie inovatívneho automatizovaného pracoviska výroby vnútorných krúkov loísk je sériová výroba vnútorných krúkov pre valčekové a kuelíkové loiská kožajových vozidiel, čo významne prispieva k plneniu ciežom Stratégie výskumu a inovácií pre inteligentnú pecializáciu SR a priamo nadväzuje na oblas hospodárskej pecializácie RIS3 Automobilový priemysel a strojárstvo a na perspektívnu oblas: Automatizácia, robotika a digitálne technológie.Realizáciou projektu dôjde k Zníeniu technologickej medzery SR a inovácii troch produktov a dvoch procesov spoločnosti, pričom predstavuje inováciu stredného a vysokého stupňa z dôvodu, e iadatež je jediný výrobca na Slovensku valčekových loísk a bude jediný výrobca kuelíkových vnútorných krúkov loísk. Pomoc tak bude poskytnutá na počiatočnú investíciu (zásadná zmena) prostredníctvom investície do aktív spoločnosti, ktorou sa dosiahne inovácia produktov a procesu. Realizácia projektu prispeje k rastu inovačnej kapacity, inovácia výroby umoní cez výrobu kvalitnejích produktov, zníenej chybovosti a následných opráv, zvýenie produktivity práce, zmiernenie negatívneho vplyvu na ivotné prostredie, cez zníenie energetickej náročnosti, zníenie priamych a nepriamych materiálov, zlepovanie hospodárskeho výsledku a rast konkurencieschopnosti spoločnosti.
