In primary education, we have Asians with Down syndrome or developmental disorder of autistic apectra (Asperger syndrome, autism). These health handicaps call for special access and professional knowledge, how to access the above-mentioned facts were the initial impetus for the creation of the project. The planned date of implementation of the project activities: September 2017-August 2020 (36 months).In the framework of the main activity of project No.1 “Supporting inclusion through teaching assistants for students with health disabilities”, we plan to create two new assistants’ teaching posts. The target group within the activity in view of the fulfilment of the specified measurement indicator of the project will be 7 students with VVP based on recommendations for assigning assistants to teachers with health disadvantages. The aim of the activity of teaching assistants will be to create the right conditions for education with emphasis on the application of equal access to education and the subsequent improvement of school results with special educational needs, which we will verify at the end of the project with the help of the results of the project.In the framework of the main activity of the project no. 2 entitled “Supporting inclusion through the special pedagogue”, we plan to create a new post of special pedagogue for pupils with VVP and for all other chicks who will need the assistance of the said worker. The goal group within the activity in view of the fulfillment of the specified measurement indicator of the project will be 20 students with VVP, but its activity will be implemented for all other pigeons. The aim of the activity is to improve the results of students at risk of school failure. The output of the activity will be measured on the basis of the classification, improvement of the school results and the state of the students with special educational needs included in the main activities of the project. The project’s goal group will be the priority group with special educational needs of 20 students with VVP based on the defined measurement indicator of the project, leading the target group will be all other schools who will use the results indirectly. The implementation of the main activities of the project will be provided by a qualified and experienced management team. The project is in line with the specific objectives corresponding to Priority Axis No. 1 Education and results defined within the specific objectives. Values of measurement indicators of the project have been set realistically on the basis of the current situation and the state in the round and on the basis of their experience from the past. Publicity of the project will be ensured in accordance with the Information and Communication Manual from the wheel’s own resources. As part of the project we will not implement public procurement to ensure smooth running of the project smooth and smooth implementation of the project. (English) | |||||||||||||||

V primárnom vzdelávaní máme iakov s Downovým syndrómom či vývinovou poruchou autistického apektra (Aspergerov syndróm, autizmus). Tieto zdravotné znevýhodnenia si vyadujú peciálny prístup a odborné vedomosti, ako k týmto iakom pristupova uvedené skutočnosti boli prvotným impulzom pre vznik projektu.Plánovaný termín realizácie aktivít projektu: september 2017-august 2020 (36 mesiacov).V rámci hlavnej aktivity projektu č.1 s názvom Podpora inklúzie prostredníctvom asistentov učiteža pre iakov so zdravotným znevýhodnením plánujeme vytvori dve nové pracovné miesta asistentov učiteža. Ciežovou skupinou v rámci aktivity vzhžadom k naplneniu zadaného meratežného ukazovateža projektu bude 7 iakov so VVP na základe odporúčaní na pridelenie asistentov učiteža pre iakov so zdravotným znevýhodnením. Ciežom aktivity zameranej na činnos asistentov učiteža bude utváranie vhodných podmienok pre vzdelávanie s dôrazom na uplatňovanie rovnakého prístupu ku vzdelaniu a následné zlepenie kolských výsledkov iakov so peciálnymi výchovno-vzdelávacími potrebami, ktoré budeme na konci projektu overova pomocou výsledkov iakov.V rámci hlavnej aktivity projektu č. 2 s názvom Podpora inklúzie prostredníctvom peciálneho pedagóga plánujeme vytvori nové pracovné miesto peciálneho pedagóga pre iakov so VVP a pre vetkých ostatných iakov koly, ktorí budú potrebova pomoc uvedeného pracovníka. Ciežovou skupinou v rámci aktivity vzhžadom k naplneniu zadaného meratežného ukazovateža projektu bude 20 iakov so VVP, no svoju činnos bude realizova aj pre vetkých ostatných iakov koly. Ciežom aktivity je zlepenie tudijných výsledkov iakov ohrozených kolským neúspechom. Výstup aktivity bude meratežný na základe klasifikácie, zlepenia kolských výsledkov a stavu iakov so peciálnymi výchovno-vzdelávacími potrebami zaradenými do hlavných aktivít projektu.Ciežovou skupinou projektu budú prioritne iaci so peciálnymi výchovno-vzdelávacími potrebami 20 iakov so VVP na základe zadefinovaného meratežného ukazovateža projektu, vedžajou ciežovou skupinou budú vetci ostatní iaci koly, ktorí budú výsledky projektu vyuíva nepriamo.Realizáciu hlavných aktivít projektu bude zabezpečova kvalifikovaný a skúsený riadiaci tím. Projekt je v súlade so pecifickými ciežmi zodpovedajúcimi prioritnej osi č. 1 Vzdelávanie a výsledkami zadefinovanými v rámci pecifických ciežov.Hodnoty meratežných ukazovatežov projektu sme sa snaili nastavi reálne na základe momentálnej situácie a stavu v kole a na základe naich skúseností z minulosti. Publicita projektu bude zabezpečená v súlade s manuálom pre informovanie a komunikáciu z vlastných zdrojov koly. V rámci projektu nebudeme realizova verejné obstarávanie pre zabezpečenie bezproblémového chodu projektu plynulej a bezproblémovej implementácie projektu. (Slovak)
