The base wheel Laborecká 66 Humenné is visited mainly from the housing estate, where the round is located. Every year, a group of pupils from the Roma settlement, located on the outskirts of the city, is enlarged. These learners tend to have very little benefit, largely due to the substandard conditions they have for learning. During normal teaching, it is very difficult, almost impossible to achieve such results. The aim of our project, which we want to solve the situation, is to increase inclusiveness and equal access to quality education from Laborecká 66 Humenné and poor educational results and competences of these dogs. Pedagogical assistants and an inclusive team, created with the support of the project, will be tasked together with the pedagogical team to increase the attention of people from special educational needs, especially from a socially inspiring environment, helping them to eliminate as much as possible the negative impact of the environment on their educational outcomes in the round. They will help them to engage in a proper teaching process and acquire knowledge and skills by removing the barriers created by the social environment in which they live. They will teach them a systematic approach to fulfilling their duties. They also use the influence on their spending time after class. Their efforts will support the work with parents and/or legal representatives of the pupils through parental convocations. In order to maximise synergies, it will be essential to involve all teachers and use their experience of working with others from different backgrounds. The measurement indicators are met under point 10.2. (English)

    Základnú školu Laborecká 66 Humenné navštevujú prevažne žiaci zo sídliska, kde je škola umiestnená. Každoročne sa však zväčšuje skupina žiakov z rómskej osady, ktorá sa nachádza na okraji mesta. Títo žiaci majú zväčša vežmi slabý prospech, čo je do značnej miery spôsobené nevyhovujúcimi podmienkami, ktoré majú na učenie. Počas bežného vyučovania je vežmi náročné, skoro nemožné dosiahnu s takýmito žiakmi žiaduci výsledok.Ciežom nášho projektu, ktorým chceme danú situáciu rieši, je zvýši inkluzívnos a rovnaký prístup žiakov ZŠ Laborecká 66 Humenné ku kvalitnému vzdelávaniu a zlepši výchovno-vzdelávacie výsledky a kompetencie týchto žiakov. Pedagogickí asistenti a inkluzívny tím, vytvorený s podporou projektu bude ma za úlohu spoločne s pedagogickým kolektívom venova zvýšenú pozornos žiakom zo špeciálnymi výchovno-vzdelávacími potrebami, najmä zo sociálne málo podnetného prostredia a pomáha im čo najviac eliminova negatívny vplyv toho prostredia na ich výchovno-vzdelávacie výsledky v škole. Pomôžu im zapoji sa do riadneho vyučovacieho procesu a umožni im získava vedomosti a zručnosti odstraňovaním bariér, ktoré im vytvára sociálne prostredie, v ktorom žijú. Naučia ich systematickému prístupu k plneniu si školských povinností. Využijú na to aj vplývanie na ich trávenie vožného času po vyučovaní. Ich snaženie podporí tiež práca s rodičmi, resp. zákonnými zástupcami žiakov prostredníctvom rodičovských združení. Pre čo najväčšie využitie synergického efektu bude nevyhnutné zapoji do činnosti všetkých učitežov a využi ich skúsenosti z práce so žiakmi z rozličného prostredia.
