In the village of Boliarov there is a large representation of inhabitants from among the members of the MRC. There are 892 inhabitants in the village, of which 640 citizens come from MRK. The municipality’s problems include a high number of crimes and offences, such as violent crimes, conflicts between residents, barracks, grazing, non-fighting, vandalism, damage to public property, business property, uncontrolled collection or steaks of ferrous rote and other metals, threats to road safety, clean public spaces; the construction of illegal buildings and the establishment of black dumps, the unfavourable status of the homes of marginalised communities, not only in terms of hygiene conditions, but also the risk of poetry, as well as the clearing of grasslands (threat of firefighters as well as environmental disturbances), problems with sweating in the payment of social benefits, inappropriately used vocabulary time in the children’s and youth categories, uncontrolled youth encounters, especially in late hours, the use of alcoholic and other substances and the increase in dependence and incidence of other socio-pathological phenomena, the possible risk of infection due to the high number of stray dogs and cats, as well as the occurrence of a large number of rodents and other phenomena that need to be resolved. The problems in the village are mainly due to the high percentage of adult unemployment, which is also becoming a negative example for children and youth. We have experience with field social work in the village, which partially eliminated these problematic phenomena. Despite the field social work in the village, many of the problems persist. There is currently no local civil order service in the village. Based on the experience of other municipalities that have previously set up civil patrols, we can confirm the usefulness of establishing a local civil order service (MOPS) through NFP in our municipality. Aim of the project: It will increase the employment of marginalised community members, especially the CLLD, and will increase the safety of the inhabitants in the village of Boliarov. Target groups are tvorené:prísluníkmi and residents of marginalised communities, with emphasis on CLLD, employees of state administration and self-government working with marginalised communities, especially with MRKIndirect target groups are made up of other inhabitants of the village, visitors of the village, relatives of the village, etc. (English) | |||||||||||||||

V obci Boliarov ije početné zastúpenie obyvatežov z radov prísluníkov MRK. V obci ije 892 obyvateežov, z toho 640 občanov pochádza z MRK. K problémom obce patrí vysoký počet trestných činov a priestupov, ako sú násilné trestné činy, konflikty medzi obyvatežmi, krádee, výtrníctvo, nedodriavanie nočného kžudu, vandalizmus, pokodzovanie verejného majetku, majetku podnikov, nekontrolovaný zber, resp. krádee elezného rotu a iných kovov, ohrozovanie bezpečnosti cestnej premávky, čistota verejných priestranstiev, budovanie nelegálnych stavieb a zakladanie čiernych skládok, nepriaznivý stav obydlí prísluníkov marginalizovaných komunít, nielen čo sa týka hygienických pomerov ale aj rizika poiarov, ako aj vypažovanie trávnatých porastov (hrozba poiarov ako aj environmentálne naruenia), problémy s udriavaním poriadku na pote pri vyplácaní sociálnych dávok, nevhodne vyuívaný vožný čas u kategórie detí a mládee, nekontrolované stretávanie sa mládee, najmä v neskorých hodinách, uívanie alkoholických a iných návykových látok a nárast závislosti a výskytu ďalích sociálno-patologických javov, moné riziko nákaz z dôvodu vysokého počtu túlavých psov a mačiek ako aj výskytu vežkého mnostva hlodavcov a ďalie iné javy, ktoré je potrebné riei. Problémy v obci súvisia najmä s vysokým percentom nezamestnanosti dospelých, ktorá sa stáva aj negatívne pôsobiacim príkladom pre deti a mláde. Máme skúsenosti s terénnou sociálnou prácou v obci, ktorá čiastočne eliminovala uvedené problematické javy. Napriek terénnej sociálnej práci v obci mnohé z problémov pretrvávajú aj naďalej.V obci v súčasnosti absentuje miestna občianska poriadková sluba. Na základe skúseností iných obcí, ktoré v minulosti zriadili občianske hliadky, môeme potvrdi účelnos zriadenia miestnej občianskej poriadkovej sluby (MOPS) prostredníctvom oNFP v naej obci. Ciež projektu: Zvýi zamestnanos prísluníkov marginalizovaných komunít, predovetkým MRK a zvýi bezpečnos obyvatežov v obci Boliarov. Ciežové skupiny sú tvorené:prísluníkmi a obyvatežmi marginalizovaných komunít, s dôrazom na MRK,zamestnancami tátnej správy a samosprávy pracujúcimi s marginalizovanými komunitami , predovetkým s MRKNepriame ciežové skupiny sú tvorené ostatnými obyvatežmi obce, návtevníkmi obce, príbuznými obyvatežov obce a pod..
