The object of the Maternity School is located in Stropkov, in the cadastral area Stropkov, parcel number 914/1, on the deed of ownership No. 5058. The city of Stropkov is the sole owner. The Maternity Round is a budgetary organisation of the city and has a building and all land in the administration, which is also marked on the LV in question. The total area of the maternity wheel area is about 7000 m². The building for normalised (required) values does not meet due to outdated construction structures and a large number of fillings of holes in the construction, which significantly increase the need for heat for heating. Based on data from the assessment of the current state of the energy audit, it is seen that the most heat from the whole object leaks through the perimeter beach. Other heat leaks are through the filling holes, the roof and the floor. The various measures proposed will address the building in a comprehensive manner so as to achieve the maximum possible energy savings. Based on the results of the evaluation of the current state of the building, the energy audit proposed the following opatrenia:Stavebné constructions: insulated packaging structures in contact with the exterior and unheated space and replacement of filling contrusions.Heating: hydraulic control of the heating system with replacement of heating elements.Lighting: replace current outdated lighting with new LED-based light sources.Energy from renewable sources: installation of photovoltaic panels.In addition to the measures of an investment nature, other additional measures described in the energy audit, especially of the organisational and educational nature, are also proposed. Objekt materskej koly sa nachádza v Stropkove, v katastrálnom území Stropkov, parcelné číslo 914/1, na liste vlastníctva č. 5058. Jediným vlastníkom je Mesto Stropkov. Materská kola je rozpočtovou organizáciou mesta a má budovu a vetky pozemky v správe, čo je vyznačené aj na predmetnom LV. Celková rozloha areálu materskej koly predstavuje cca 7 000 m2. Budova pre normalizované (poadované) hodnoty nevyhovuje kvôli zastaraným stavebným kontrukciám a vežkému mnostvu výplní otvorov v kontrukcii, ktoré výrazne zvyujú potrebu tepla na vykurovanie. Na základe údajov z hodnotenia súčasného stavu v energetickom audite je vidie, e najviac tepla z celého objektu uniká cez obvodový plá. Ďalie úniky tepla sú cez výplne otvoroch, strechu a podlahu. Jednotlivé navrhované opatrenia rieia komplexne budovu, tak aby bola dosiahnutá maximálna moná úspora energie. Na základe výsledkov hodnotenia súčasného stavu budovy boli v rámci energetického auditu navrhnuté tieto opatrenia:Stavebné kontrukcie: zatepli obalové kontrukcie v styku s exteriérom a nevykurovaným priestorom a výmenu výplňových kontrukcií.Vykurovanie: hydraulické vyregulovanie vykurovacej sústavy s výmenou vykurovacích telies.Osvetlenie: vymeni aktuálne zastarané osvetlenie za nové svetelné zdroje na báze LED technológie.Energia z obnovitežných zdrojov: osadenie fotovoltických panelov.Okrem opatrení investičného charakteru sú navrhované aj ďalie dodatočné opatrenia, popísané v energetickom audite, najmä organizačného a osvetového charakteru.
