The general objective of the project is to improve the quality of life of the population in the City of Pucioasa. According to the specific guide, the specific objective 13.1 of the Investment Priority 9b is to improve the quality of life of the population in small and medium-sized cities in Romania. In order to achieve the specific objective of this investment priority, the following types of investment are envisaged: Under Specific Objective 13.1, the following activities, within which the proposed project falls, are supported: A. Improvement of social, educational, cultural and recreational services This category includes eligible activities related to the construction/extension/completion/modernisation/rehabilitation/equipment of the buildings where social, educational, cultural and recreational activities are or will be carried out, i.e.: ........ 3. Construction/extension/completion/modernisation/rehabilitation/equipment of social housing, including by changing the initial use of buildings; B. Improvement of urban public spaces In this category are supported the following eligible activities related to the construction/extension/modernisation/rehabilitation of urban public infrastructure, namely: 1. Construction/extension/modernisation/rehabilitation of public roads within the administrative boundaries of the city/municipal ATU, regardless of the functional category – national road, county road, urban street, communal road, vicinal road, over which the applicant has a real right and the consent of the road manager, if applicable, in accordance with the law, as well as of the tracks/pathways/for bicycles and/or pedestrians. In addition, all components of these public roads can be constructed/extended/upgraded/rehabilitated: roadway, bicycle tracks, pedestrian paths (tototuaries), bridges/passes, walkways, markings, traffic lights, pedestrian crossings, tree alignments, technical channels for networks, etc. 2. Construction/extension/modernisation/rehabilitation of pedestrian areas, including by converting urban streets into pedestrian areas. 3. Construction/extension/modernisation/rehabilitation of parks, squares, public gardens, other areas with green spaces, including construction/extension/modernisation/rehabilitation of small sports and recreational facilities (sport grounds, children’s playgrounds, etc.), pergolas, alleys, etc., rehabilitation of public fora monuments (states); 4. Small sports and recreational facilities (e.g. sports grounds, children’s playgrounds, etc.), which are not located in parks; .............. 6. Obiectivul general al proiectului este îmbunătăţirea calităţii vieţii populaţiei în Orașul Pucioasa. Conform ghidului specific, obiectivul specific 13.1 al Priorității de Investiții 9b este Îmbunătăţirea calităţii vieţii populaţiei în oraşele mici şi mijlocii din România. Pentru atingerea obiectivului specific al acestei priorități de investiție sunt avute în vedere realizarea următoarelor tipuri de investiții: În cadrul Obiectivului specific 13.1 sunt sprijinite următoarele activităţi, în care se încadrează proiectul propus: A. Îmbunătăţirea serviciilor sociale, educaţionale, culturale și recreative În această categorie sunt incluse activităţile eligibile privind construirea/extinderea/finalizarea/ modernizarea/reabilitarea/dotarea clădirilor în care se desfăşoară sau se vor desfăşura activităţi sociale, educaţionale, culturale şi recreative, respectiv: ........ 3. Construirea/extinderea/finalizarea/modernizarea/reabilitarea/dotarea locuințelor sociale, inclusiv prin schimbarea folosinței inițiale a clădirilor; B. Îmbunătăţirea spațiilor publice urbane În această categorie sunt sprijinite următoarele activitățile eligibile privind construirea/extinderea/modernizarea/ reabilitarea infrastructurii publice urbane, respectiv: 1. Construirea/extinderea/modernizarea/reabilitarea drumurilor publice din limitele administrative ale UAT oraș/municipiu, indiferent de categoria funcțională - drum național, drum județean, stradă urbană, drum comunal, drum vicinal, asupra căruia solicitantul deține un drept real și avizul administratorului drumului, dacă este cazul, conform legii, precum şi a pistelor/traseelor/pentru biciclete şi/sau pietonale. De asemenea, pot fi construite/extinse/modernizate/reabilitate toate elementele componente ale acestor drumuri publice: parte carosabilă, piste pentru biciclete, trasee pietonale (trotuare), poduri/pasaje, pasarele, marcaje, semaforizare, treceri de pietoni, aliniamente de arbori, canalizații tehnice pentru rețele etc. 2. Construirea/extinderea/modernizarea/reabilitarea zonelor pietonale, inclusiv prin transformarea unor străzi urbane în zone pietonale. 3. Construirea/extinderea/modernizarea/reabilitarea parcurilor, scuaruri, grădinilor publice, alte zone cu spaţii verzi, inclusiv construirea/extinderea/modernizarea/reabilitarea facilităţi sportive și recreaționale de mici dimensiuni (terenuri de sport, locuri de joacă pentru copii etc), pergole, alei, etc, reabilitarea monumentelor de for public (statui); 4. Facilităţi sportive și recreaționale de mici dimensiuni (de ex. terenuri de sport, locuri de joacă pentru copii etc), care nu sunt situate în parcuri; ………….. 6. Extinderea/modernizarea/reabilitarea reţelelor aferente serviciilor de utilităţi publice (doar iluminat public, alimentare cu apă, canalizare menajeră și pluvială) din cadrul corpului spațiilor publice urbane ce fac obiectul proiectului sau pentru deservirea unor zone cu populație defavorizată și care sunt slab deservite de servici (Romanian)
