Cobre a área geográfica da NUT III Alto-Minho e de algumas freguesias de fronteira. Dá resposta aos jovens e adultos numa lógica de proximidade preconizando-se o trabalho na Escola/CQEP e em itinerâncias. O trabalho do CQEP centra-se nas atividades de orientação vocacional de jovens, RVCC de adultos e eventual encaminhamento para formação.
