The project “Extension, modernisation and equipping of the educational infrastructure for preschool education – Gradinita with 3 Group Halls – Buzd Village, Brateiu Commune” responds to the objectives set by the Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020, Priority Axis 10 Improvement of Education Infrastructure, Investment Priority 10.1 Investments in education, and training, including in vocational training, for skills acquisition and lifelong learning through the development of education and training infrastructures Specific Objective 10.1 Increase the level of participation in early education and compulsory education, especially for children at increased risk of early leaving the system, Call dedicated to preschool and preschool education. The general objective of the investment in the development of the modernisation and expansion of the educational infrastructure for pre-school education, in order to ensure an educational process at European quality standards, as well as to increase the participation of the school population in the educational process. Regarding the need to make the investment, the multiple requests from the inhabitants of Brateiu commune were taken into account, given the lack of a long-time unit, as well as the inadequacy of the size of the pre-school educational infrastructure at the moment. This led Brateiu City Hall to initiate an investment in order to improve the educational infrastructure for preschool education within the locality, namely the extension and modernisation of the educational unit – Gradinita with Normal Buzd Programme; The level of education is a key factor in national development, as it largely determines economic activity and productivity as well as labour mobility, creating the long-term prerequisites for a higher standard of living and quality of life. Given negative demographic trends, the educational profile of the population is a prerequisite for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth. However, this cannot be achieved without adequate infrastructure/suitable to educational cycles. Educational infrastructure is essential for education, early childhood development, social skills building and social integration capacity. The investment that is intended to be made to improve preschool education – the extension and modernisation of the existing Garden (Normal Buzd Garden), will aim to ensure high quality educational facilities, in line with the requirements and minimum performance levels provided by the normative acts and technical references in force, with the trends of economic evolution, but also with the existing needs in the locality for early preschool education in Brateiu Commune. Proiectul “Extinderea, modernizarea si echiparea infrastructurii educationale pentru invatamantul prescolar – Gradinita cu 3 Sali de grupa – Satul Buzd, Comuna Brateiu” raspunde obiectivelor stabilite prin Programul Operational Regional 2014 – 2020, Axa prioritară 10 Îmbunătățirea infrastructurii educaționale, Prioritate de investiții 10.1 Investițiile în educație, și formare, inclusiv în formare profesională, pentru dobândirea de competențe și învățare pe tot parcursul vieții prin dezvoltarea infrastructurilor de educație și formare Obiectiv Specific 10.1 Creșterea gradului de participare la nivelul educaţiei timpurii şi învăţământului obligatoriu, în special pentru copii cu risc crescut de părăsire timpurie a sistemului, Apel dedicat învăţământului antepreşcolar şi preşcolar. Obiectivul general al investitiei in consitituie modernizarea si extinderea infrastructurii educationale pentru învăţământul preşcolar, in vederea asigurarii unui proces educational la standarde de calitate europene, cat si a cresterii participarii populatiei şcolare la procesul educational. In ceea ce priveste necesitatea realizarii investiţiei, au fost luate in considerare multiplele solicitari provenite de la locuitorii comunei Brateiu, dat fiind inexistenta unei unitati cu program prelungit, precum si insuficienţa dimensiunii infrastructurii educaţionale preşcolare de la momentul actual. Acest fapt a determinat Primaria comunei Brateiu sa initieze realizarea unei investitii in scopul imbunatatirii infrastructurii educationale pentru invatamantul preşcolar din cadrul localitatii, si anume extinderea si modernizarea unitatii de invatamat - Gradinita cu Program Normal Buzd; Nivelul de educație este factor-cheie al dezvoltării naționale, deoarece determină în mare măsură activitatea economică și productivitatea, precum și mobilitatea forţei de muncă, creând premisele, pe termen lung pentru existenţa unui nivel mai ridicat de trai și de calitate a vieții. Având în vedere tendințele demografice negative, profilul educațional al populației este o condiție esențială pentru o creștere inteligentă, durabilă și favorabilă incluziunii. Acest deziderat nu se poate realiza însă fără o infrastructură adecvată/corespunzătoare ciclurilor educaționale. Infrastructura educațională este esențială pentru educație, dezvoltarea timpurie a copiilor, pentru construirea de abilități sociale și a capacității de integrare socială. Investiția ce se doreste a se realiza pentru imbunatatirea învățământul prescolar - extinderea si modernizarea Gradinitei existente (Gradinita cu Program Normal Buzd) , va viza asigurarea unor facilități educaționale de înaltă calitate, în concordanță cu cerinţele şi nivelurile minimale de performanţă prevăzute de actele normative şi referinţele tehnice în vigoare, cu tendințele evoluției economice, dar și cu nevoile existente in localitate pentru educatia timpurie prescolara din Comuna Brateiu.
