The general objective of the project is to stimulate the participation of employees (including PFA and individual enterprises) in the North East region, in continuous vocational training programs, with a focus on those adults, with a low level of qualification, over the age of 40 and located in disadvantaged rural areas, support for the recognition and certification of learning outcomes acquired in non-formal and informal contexts, those with such skills, as well as the implementation of sustainable measures of social innovation that constantly encourage and strengthen lifelong learning. The project fully responds to Romania’s main strategic objective for 2020 namely "at least 10 percent of the adult population (aged 25-64) to participate in lifelong learning activities. (in the broadest sense of lifelong learning, including all forms of learning: formal education, non-formal education and informal education)‘, the main objective pursued by the POCU programme 2014-2020’to develop human resources by increasing access to a quality education and training system (...)‘, as well as the specific objective of call 6.12.’Increase participation in continuous vocational training programmes, with a focus on those low-skilled adults and those over 40 years old, in disadvantaged rural areas, including through the recognition and certification of learning outcomes acquired in non-formal and informal contexts", through extensive and innovative awareness-raising activities on the importance of continuous professional training and lifelong learning, through training activities addressed to a target group of 660 people in the region, the activities of certification of the acquired knowledge, including those obtained on informal or non-formal pathways, professional counselling activities and support (mind-setting) for lifelong learning, which it proposes, with impact on an important number of people (target group) in the region, during the implementation of the project, with reverberation effect and among other target groups, after its completion. The project proposes an awareness campaign for employees and employers aimed at creating a “consciousness” of continuous training among them, the creation of a partnership network “ACCESS TO SUCCESS”, made between employers, authorised suppliers FPC and Acquisition and Certification Centres acquired in non-formal and informal contexts (CECC), for regular analysis of employee training needs and facilitation of CVT and competent assessment, according to identified needs and development of a web platform through which to develop this partnership in the long term, delivery of training programs for initiation (including key competences) and specialisation to the target group of the project (English) | |||||||||||||||
