The general objective of the project is in line with the general objective for Human Capital Operational Programme 2014-2020 Priority Axis 1 – Youth Employment Initiative Thematic Objective 8: Promoting sustainable and quality employment and supporting labour mobility Investment priority 8.ii: Sustainable integration into the labour market of young people (ILMT), in particular those not in employment, education or training, including young people at risk of social exclusion and young people from marginalised communities, including through the implementation of the “Youth Guarantee” Specific Objective 1.1 – Increasing the employment of unemployed NEETs aged 16-29, registered with the Public Employment Service, residing in the eligible regions Specific Objective 1.2 – Improving skill levels, including through the assessment and certification of non-formal and informally acquired skills of unemployed NEETs aged 16-29, registered with the Public Employment Service, residing in eligible regions through • Participation in personalised vocational training programmes of 532 young people in order to match the supply of skills with labour market requirements; • Evaluation and certification for the recognition of competences acquired in an informal and non-formal context for 14 young people, resulting in the achievement of specific objective 1.2, i.e. Increased number of NEETs aged 16-29, registered with the SPO, residing in the eligible regions, who have improved their skills/validated their skills acquired in a non-formal and informal system as a result of the support received, and by providing financial support for business start-up for 36 NEETs • Advice and training for 42 unemployed NEETs in the business start-up field, as well as mentoring/mentorship programs for business growth and consolidation, resulting in the achievement of specific objective 1.1, namely Increased employment of NEETs aged 16-29, registered at the SPO, residing in the South East region, following the support received In the long term, this project will generate the following positive effects: human resources development by increasing access to quality professional training, entrepreneurship and employment stimulation.     Obiectivul general al proiectului consta in integrarea durabila pe piata muncii si imbunatatirea situatiei pentru 1064 tineri din categoria NEETs din regiunea de Sud-Est prin acordarea de pachete integrate si personalizate care sa asigure cresterea ocuparii si imbunatatirea nivelului de competente a tinerilor NEETs. Obiectivul general al proiectului este in concordanta cu obiectivul general pentru Programului Operational Capital Uman 2014-2020 Axa prioritară 1 – Inițiativa “Locuri de muncă pentru tineri" Obiectivul tematic 8: Promovarea unei ocupări sustenabile și de calitate a forței de muncă și sprijinirea mobilității forței de muncă Prioritatea de investiții 8.ii: Integrare durabilă pe piața muncii a tinerilor (ILMT), în special a celor care nu au un loc de muncă, educație sau formare, inclusiv a tinerilor cu risc de excluziune socială și a tinerilor din comunitățile marginalizate, inclusiv prin punerea în aplicare a “garanției pentru tineret” Obiectivul Specific 1.1 - Creșterea ocupării tinerilor NEETs șomeri cu vârsta între 16 - 29 ani, înregistrați la Serviciul Public de Ocupare, cu rezidența în regiunile eligibile Obiectivul Specific 1.2 - Îmbunătățirea nivelului de competențe, inclusiv prin evaluarea și certificarea competențelor dobândite în sistem non-formal și informal al tinerilor NEETs șomeri cu vârsta între 16 - 29 ani, înregistrați la Serviciul Public de Ocupare, cu rezidența în regiunile eligibile prin • Participarea la programe de formare profesională personalizate a 532 tineri în vederea corelării ofertei de competențe cu cerințele pieței muncii; • Evaluare şi certificare pentru recunoaşterea competenţelor dobândite în context informal şi non-formal pentru 14 tineri avand ca rezultat atingerea obiectivului specific 1.2 si anume Număr crescut de tineri NEETs cu vârsta între 16 - 29 ani, înregistrați la SPO, cu rezidența în regiunile eligibile, care și-au îmbunătățit competențele/ care și-au validat competențele dobândite în sistem non-formal și informal urmare a sprijinului primit, si prin • Acordarea de sprijin financiar pentru înființarea de întreprinderi pentru 36 tinerii NEETs • Consiliere şi formare pentru 42 tinerii NEETs șomeri în domeniul antreprenoriatului în vederea creării de întreprinderi, precum şi programe de tutorat/ mentorat pentru creşterea şi consolidarea afacerilor avand ca rezultat atingerea obiectivului specific 1.1 si anume Ocupare crescută a tinerilor NEETs cu vârsta între 16 - 29 ani, înregistrați la SPO, cu rezidența în regiunea de Sud Est, urmare a sprijinului primit Pe termen lung, acest proiect va genera urmatoarele efecte pozitive: dezvoltarea resurselor umane prin cresterea accesului la formare profesionala de calitate,antreprenoriat si stimularea ocuparii.
