Increasing employment opportunities and facilitating labour market integration for 371 NEETs (ILMT) from the South-West Development Regions of Oltenia, South-East and South-Muntenia by offering integrated and personalised packages of active measures, including the recognition and certification of learning outcomes acquired in non-formal and informal contexts related to labour market needs over 24 months. The general objective of the project will be achieved by carrying out 6 activities established in accordance with those provided by the Applicant Guide Specific Conditions “Future for Young Neets I”, AP1/PI8.ii/OS1.1&OS1.2, namely: organisation of CVT programs through integrated and flexible measures, evaluation and certification of professional competences obtained on ways other than formal ones, i.e. non-formal and/or informal, provision of specialised services to stimulate employment (work mediation), actions to support entrepreneurship, including self-employment, information campaigns, promotion and identification of young Neets for registration and profiling by SPO and a cross-cutting management and coordination activity. The project develops increased development opportunities for 371 NEETs, aged 16-29, which will generate in the short and long term positive effects in terms of personal, economic and social development of their families and communities, which will contribute to sustainable economic growth in S, SE and SV regions, thanks to the assistance and support activities carried out within the project. The final goal of the project is that through informal and non-formal, professional and entrepreneurial education to increase awareness of the importance of sustainable training and employment of young people, this being achieved by promoting the educational and entrepreneurial culture, supporting and supporting new businesses established (9 young people supported in entrepreneurship), which will contribute to the achievement of the thematic objective 8-Priority Axis 1-POCU. In the long term, the positive effect of the project is given by: developing professional skills among at least 196 young NEETs, disseminating and acquiring the concepts of person active in the labour market and occupational culture, transferring expertise and practical experiences to the target group, which will generate an increase in the number of young people with acquired and certified professional skills, with increased chances of employment, young people who will acquire the status of employed persons, with stable material resources and an improved standard of living. However, the specific objective of the investment priority 8.ii “Sustainable integration into the labour market of young people (ILMT)....” of the POCU will be achieved. Cresterea oportunitatilor de ocupare si facilitarea integrarii pe piata muncii pentru 371 de tineri NEETs (ILMT) din Regiunile de Dezvoltare Sud-Vest Oltenia, Sud-Est si Sud-Muntenia prin oferirea de pachete integrate si personalizate de masuri active, inclusiv prin recunoasterea si certificarea rezultatelor invatarii dobandite in contexte non-formale si informale corelate cu nevoile pietei muncii pe parcursul a 24 de luni. Obiectivul general al proiectului va fi atins prin derularea a 6 activitati stabilite in concordanta cu cele prevazute de Ghidul Solicitantului Conditii specifice „Viitor pentru tinerii Neets I”, AP1/PI8.ii/OS1.1&OS1.2, respectiv: organizarea de programe de FPC prin masuri integrate si flexibile, actiuni de evaluare si certificare a competentelor profesionale obtinute pe alte cai decat cele formale, respectiv, non-formale si/sau informale, furnizarea de servicii specializate pentru stimularea ocuparii (medierea muncii), actiuni de sustinere a antreprenoriatului, inclusiv a ocuparii pe cont propriu, campanii de informare, promovare si identificare a tinerilor Neets in vederea inregistrarii si profilarii de catre SPO si o activitate transversala de management si coordonare. Prin proiect se dezvolta oportunitati crescute de dezvoltare pentru 371 de tineri NEETs, cu varsta 16-29 de ani ce vor genera pe termen scurt si lung efecte pozitive in ceea ce priveste dezvoltarea personala, economica si sociala proprie, a familiilor si comunitatilor de care apartin, fapt ce va contribui la cresterea economica durabila in regiunile S, SE si SV, datorita asistentei si activitatilor de sprijin derulate in cadrul proiectului. Scopul final al proiectului este ca prin educatie informala si non-formala, profesionala si antreprenoriala sa creasca gradul de constientizare a importantei formarii si ocuparii durabile a tinerilor, acest fapt realizandu-se prin promovarea culturii educationale si antreprenoriale, sustinerea si sprijinirea noilor afaceri infiintate (9 tineri sustinuti in antreprenoriat), fapt ce va contribui la atingerea obiectivului tematic 8-Axa prioritara 1-POCU. Pe termen lung, efectul pozitiv al proiectului este dat de: dezvoltarea competentelor profesionale in randul a cel putin 196 de tineri NEETs, diseminarea si insusirea conceptelor de persoana activa pe piata muncii si cultura ocupationala, transferul de expertiza si experiente practice catre grupul tinta, fapt ce va genera o crestere a numarului de tineri cu competente profesionale dobandite si certificate, cu sanse crescute de ocupare, tineri care vor dobandi statutul de persoane ocupate, cu resurse materiale stabile si un nivel de trai imbunatatit. Prin toate acestea, obiectivul specific al Prioritatii de investitie 8.ii „Integrare durabilă pe piața muncii a tinerilor (ILMT)....”al POCU va fi atins. Efectele pozitive, pe termen lung ale proiectului, rezida in: a) Cresterea gradului de constientizare in randul tinerilor Neets cu privire la importanta inscrierii in struct (Romanian)
