The general objective of the project is to increase the participation rate of students (ISCED 6-7) in work-based learning programs within newly developed partnerships that facilitate the insertion on the labour market of graduates with third studies, with a focus on economic sectors with competitive potential identified in SNC and SNCDI. A) The main eligible sector according to SNC and SNCDI and CAEN codes in which the internships will be carried out (and in which the applicant carries out his activity) is “Car industry and components”, CAEN codes 2931, 2932. The activity in the automotive and component industry performed by the Applicant is very complex, with extensions in other economic sectors below, the applicant having the following CAEN codes: — ICT – CAEN: 2612, 6201, 6202, 6203, 6209; — Creative industries – CAEN: 7410; — Bioeconomy, biopharmaceuticals and biotechnologies – CAEN: 7219; Professional, scientific and technical activities: — 7112. These CAEN codes are relevant and fall within all areas of intelligent specialisation according to SNCDI and this guide. In this way, we are of the opinion that the impact of achieving the project objective will be felt in the adequacy of the professional training of future employees in several key sectors of the Romanian economy, contributing significantly to the achievement of POCU’s objective, SNC and SNCDI. (B) HOW THE PROJECT CONTRIBUTES TO THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THE SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE OF THE PROGRAMME: The project contributes to the achievement of the specific objective of the program and call (OS 6.13) by assuming that at least 522 practitioners participate in workplace learning programs, placing a special emphasis on economic sectors with competitive potential according to SNC and SNCDI. The eligibility criteria of the TG and the type of activities (described in the corresponding sections) strictly aim to ensure the contribution to the achievement of the specific objective of the programme. (C) HOW THE PROJECT CONTRIBUTES TO THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THE SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE OF THE CALL: The target group of the project consists of students at specialisations relevant to the applicant’s fields of activity residing in less developed regions. They will carry out their internships provided by the university curriculum at the employer’s location, in occupations relevant to the field and profession for which they are preparing. In the context of facilitating labour market mobility (the key objective of POCU) it will not restrict students’ access to internships, even if they come from other development regions less developed than the one where the practice location is located (provided that they do not have the home in the developed region of Bucharest-Ilfov). CONCRETE WAYS: —the internships will take place at a relevant economic operator – at the place of employment; the activity of the economic operator is carried out in the sector/ECONOMIC SECTOATION WITH COMPETITIVE POTENTIAL according to SNC and SNCDI; (English) | |||||||||||||||
