The project proposes an integrated approach, which is consistent with the areas of the National Health Strategy 2014-2020 and is based on the following complementary components: — Continuous professional training with medical credits of specilised staff; — An approach to courses that take into account the increase of life expectancy by combating diseases associated with aging and infant mortality and technological innovation in medicine; Social innovation strategy that consists of developing an active communication between doctor, assistant and patient. Also, the patient will be able to feed back to the doctor, and doctors will be able to transmit communications to the public interest such as vaccination campaigns, etc. -Implementing strategies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and increase energy efficiency. — Strategy of non-discrimination, -Updating existing programmes, guides to practice, procedures as well as developing and providing new training programs related to priority programmes in the field of Benefits that the project will generate both during implementation, but especially in the long term, after the completion of the project, are the following: — Increasing the level of social innovation at national level through the application created through the project, developing new services for local communities; — The development of an analysis and strategy on local legislation and policies, to support long-term social innovation, transparency, medical act and the right to treatment in order to use the results of the project in subsequent activities/projects; The implementation of the project will meet the general objective of the project, namely to improve the level of competence of medical professionals.     Obiectivul general al proiectului vizeaza cresterea sperantei de viata si combaterea bolilor asociate cu imbatrinirea si mortalitatea infantila prin cresterea calitatii si eficacitatii serviciilor medicale la nivel regional si national prin investitia in resursa umana crescand nivelul de competente al profesionitilor din sistemul medical, cu strategii integrate si competente mutidisciplinare. Proiectul isi propune o abordare integrată, care este in concordanta cu domeniile din Strategia Nationala de Sanatate 2014-2020 si se bazează pe următoarele componente complementare: - Formarea profesionala continua cu credite medicala a personalului specilizat; - O abordare a cursurilor care iau in consideratie cresterea sperantei de viata prin combaterea bolilor asociate cu imbatrinirea si mortalitatea infantila si inovatia tehnologica in medicina; -Strategie de inovare sociala care consta in dezvoltarea unei comunicarii active dintre medic, asistent si pacient. De asemnea, pacientul va putea trimite feed back medicului, iar medicii vor putea transmite comunicari publicului vizand interesul public cum ar fi campanii de vaccinare etc. -Implementearea de strategii care sa reduca emisiile de gaze cu efect de seră si creşterea eficienţei energetice. - Strategie de nediscriminare, -Actualizarea programelor existente, a ghidurilor de practică, a procedurilor precum și dezvoltarea și furnizarea de programe noi de formare profesională aferente programelor prioritare în domeniul Beneficiile pe care proiectul le va genera atat pe parcursul implementarii, dar mai ales pe termen lung, ulterior finalizarii proiectului, sunt urmatoarele: - Cresterea nivelului de inovare sociala la nivel national prin aplicatia creata prin proiect, devoltarea de noi servicii pentru comunitatile locale; - Dezvoltarea unei analize si strategie privind legislatia si politici locale, care sa sustina pe termen lung inovarea sociala, transparenta , actul medical si dreptul la tratament cu scopul de a utilizarea rezultatelor proiectului în activităţi/proiecte ulterioare; Prin implementarea proiectului se va indeplini obiectivului general al proiectului, respectiv imbunătățirea nivelului de competențe al profesioniștilor din sectorul medical.
