Facilitating the re-integration on the labour market and education system of 411 unemployed NEETs aged 16-29 years, registered in the SPO who have not completed compulsory education, located in the Southern Development regions of Muntenia, South-West Oltenia and South-East. The support measures proposed by the project refer to educational, psychological, and social support by identifying these young people, enrolling them in “Second Chance” programmes in order to complete basic education within compulsory education, but also to prepare for obtaining a professional qualification, implicitly for integration into the labour market. The “Second Chance” programme, in addition to allowing the completion of compulsory education, also has a vocational training component, through practical training. The focus will be on ensuring second chance programmes and implementing support measures, by granting a subsidy that eliminates the risk of beneficiaries not to participate in the program, but also by implementing a personal development and mentoring program that will contribute to personal development and to increase individual and ethnic self-esteem, increase trust in their own forces and intercultural education of young people. This personal development program and mentoring will be complementary to the ADS program and will take place weekly. The need for this work is the important role of a mentor in training and supporting young people. Topics such as: self-knowledge and importance; self-esteem/ethnic self-esteem, importance of non-violent and non-discriminatory communication; the activities proposed in this project support the achievement of the objectives set by the Action Plan for the implementation of the Youth Guarantee, which aims to reduce unemployment among young people aged between 16 and 29, by facilitating a job.
