The main objective of the project is to boost temporary agency work, taking into account the principle of equal legal treatment which is offered to temporary employees in relation to those employed for an indefinite period and to ensure the effectiveness of the principle of “flexi-security” laid down by European and international legislation; In addition, as regards training services, the proposal for projects aims to simplify and standardise in public administration, by developing and introducing common systems, including IT, to facilitate the authorisation procedures for adult training providers, including citizens’ access to these nationally recognised, authorised training programmes, and to foster the introduction of a mechanism for collecting and matching the data necessary for the establishment of national registers of providers/specialists/graduates for adult training programmes in order to increase transparency and inform the general public. Obiectivul principal al proiectului il reprezinta de pe o parte impulsionarea muncii prin agent de muncă temporară, ţinând cont de principiul egalităţii de tratament juridic care se oferă salariaţilor temporari în raport de cei angajaţi pe durata nedeterminată şi asigurarea eficienţei principiului de „flexi-securitate” prevăzut de legislaţia europeană şi internaţională; De asemenea, în ceea ce privește serviciile de formare profesională, propunerea de proiecte are ca obiectiv simplificarea și standardizarea în administrația publică, prin dezvoltarea și introducerea de sisteme comune inclusiv informatice, care să faciliteze procedurile de autorizare a furnizorilor de formare profesională a adulților, inclusiv a accesului cetățenilor la aceste programe de formare autorizate, recunoscute național și să favorizeze introducerea unui mecanism de colectare și corelare a datelor necesare întocmirii registrelor naționale ale furnizorilor/specialiștilor/absolvenților pentru programele de formare profesională a adulților care să permită creșterea nivelului de transparență și informarea publicului larg.
