Improving the level of knowledge and competence of employees from Romanian companies in less developed regions, as well as retraining and improving them through lifelong learning programs, adapted to the requirements of the competitive areas of SNC and SNCDI. Increasing the level of competence of employees in Romanian companies through professional training and business adaptation to the requirements in the competitive fields of SNC and SNCDI as well as lifelong learning, work-based learning are the main objectives of POCU that result in a more efficient and well-trained human capital in Romania. As presented, the overall objective of the project generates a long-term positive effect by adapting the knowledge of the employees of Romanian SMEs to the labour market requirements and changes in the economic environment, both in the firms that operate in the competitive fields and those in the companies that aim to adapt and reorient towards areas identified by SNC/SNCDI 2014-2020. Through the general and specific objectives, the project contributes to the achievement of the major objective of,POCU 2014-2020, which aims to develop human resources by increasing access to a quality education and training system, stimulating employment, especially for young people, reducing poverty and social exclusion by facilitating access to social and health services. The project aims at the quality professional training of human capital in contemporary Romanian enterprises and their adaptation and of the organisations in which it operates to the competitive fields defined by SNC and SNCDI, as well as the introduction of the concept of “Lifelong learning” at organisation level through specific programs for professional training planning and constant updating of the knowledge of employees. The project also contributes through the interventions it promotes to the achievement of the specific objective PA 3/PI 10.iii/OS 3.12 – Improving the level of knowledge/competence/skills for employees and aims to develop and streamline the human resources activity of Romanian SMEs in the fields of CNS and SNCDI, as well as increasing the number of SMEs implementing work-based learning programs in order to increase the skills of future employees.     Imbunatatirea nivelului de cunostinte si competente al angajatilor din firmele romanesti din regiunile mai putin dezvoltate, precum si recalificarea si perfectionarea acestora prin programe de invatare pe tot parcursul vietii, adaptate cerinteleor domeniilor competitive SNC si SNCDI. Cresterea nivelului de competenta a angajatilor din firmele romanesti prin formare profesionala si adaptarea afacerilor la cerintele din domeniile competitive SNC si SNCDI precum si invatarea pe tot parcursul vietii, invatarea la locul de munca sunt principalele obiective ale POCU ce au ca rezultate un capital uman mai eficient si bine pregatit in Romania. Asa cum este prezentat, obiectivul general al proiectului genereaza un efect pozitiv pe termen lung prin adaptarea cunostintelor angajatilor din IMM-urile romanesti la cerintele pietei muncii si la schimbarile din mediul economic, atat a celor din firmele care activeaza in domeniile competitive cat si a celor din firmele care urmaresc adaptarea si reorientarea spre domeniie identificate prin SNC/SNCDI 2014-2020. Prin obiectivul general si cele specifice, proiectul contribuie la realizarea obiectivului major al ,,POCU 2014-2020 care urmareste dezvoltarea resurselor umane prin cresterea accesului la un sistem de educatie si formare profesionala de calitate, stimularea ocuparii, cu precadere pentru tineri, reducerea saraciei si a excluziunii sociale prin facilitarea accesului la acordarea de servicii sociale si de sanatate,,. Proiectul urmareste pregatirea profesionala de calitate a capitalului uman din intreprinderile romanesti contemporane si adaptarea acestora si a organizatiilor in care isi desfasoara activitatea la domeniile competitive definite prin SNC si SNCDI, precum si introducerea conceptului “Lifelong learning” la nivel de organizatie prin programe specifice de planificare a formarii profesionale si actualizare permanenta a cunostintelor angajatilor. De asemenea, proiectul contribuie prin interventiile pe care le promoveaza la realizarea obiectivului specific AP 3/ PI 10.iii/ OS 3.12 - Imbunatatirea nivelului de cunostinte/competente/aptitudini pentru angajati si urmareste dezvoltarea si eficientizarea activitatii resurselor umane-angajati ai IMM-urilor romanesti in domeniile SNC si SNCDI, precum si cresterea numarului de IMMuri care implementeaza programe de invatare la locul de munca in vederea cresterii competentelor viitorilor angajati.
