The general objective of the project “StartUp the Ingenius Way – Entrepreneurship Development Program in the South-West Oltenia Region” is to increase employment by supporting the establishment of 37 innovative and sustainable enterprises with non-agricultural profile, as well as 74 new jobs in urban areas in the Oltenia SV region through an integrated program of measures to develop entrepreneurial skills – 370 people, mentoring, assistance for developing a business plan, promotion and financial support. Through its general objective, the project contributes to the achievement of the main specific objective of the program “development of human resources by increasing access to a quality education and training system, stimulating employment, especially for young people, reducing poverty and social exclusion by facilitating access to social and health services” and thematic objective no.8 – ″Promoting sustainable and quality jobs and supporting workers’ mobility, within Priority Axis no. 3, POCU 2014-2020, by implementing integrated measures of entrepreneurial skills training for 370 people, promoting entrepreneurship, setting up 74 new jobs and 37 sustainable businesses in priority areas, competitive in the Oltenia SV region, namely setting up a minimum of 2 businesses and creating at least 4 new jobs in each of Dolj, Gorj, Mehedinti, Olt and Valcea counties. At the same time, this project falls within the call for projects “Romania Start-up Plus”, financed by Priority Axis 3/Investment Priority 8.iii “Independent activities, entrepreneurship and the establishment of enterprises, including micro enterprises and innovative small and medium enterprises”/Specific Objective 3.7. ″Enhancing employment by supporting non-agricultural enterprises in the urban area, through the proposed integrated measures, which will contribute to the development of 74 new jobs, by supporting the establishment of 37 new non-agricultural businesses in urban areas in the Oltenia SV region. The general objective defines the framework of measures brought together in a pre-incubation program and subsequently incubation addressed to potential entrepreneurs. Our program is based on the expertise in business consultancy and management and training in the field of entrepreneurship accumulated throughout partner 1 activity, the experience gained through the implementation of projects financed by the call “Romania Start-up” Axis 3 of the Human Resources Development Operational Programme, and also taking into account the provisions of the national legislation in force regarding the support of start-ups contained in Law 102/2016 on business incubators. Obiectivul general al proiectului “StartUp the Ingenius Way– Program de dezvoltare a antreprenoriatului in Regiunea Sud-Vest Oltenia“ este cresterea ocuparii prin sustinerea infiintarii a 37 de intreprinderi inovatoare si sustenabile cu profil non – agricol, precum si a 74 de noi locuri de munca in zonele urbane din regiunea SV Oltenia printr-un program de masuri integrate de dezvoltare a competentelor antreprenoriale - 370 de persoane, mentorat, asistenta pentru dezvoltarea unui plan de afaceri, promovare si sprijin financiar. Prin obiectivul sau general, proiectul contribuie la realizarea obiectivului specific major al programului ″dezvoltarea resurselor umane prin cresterea accesului la un sistem de educatie si formare profesionala de calitate, stimularea ocuparii, cu precadere pentru tineri, reducerea saraciei si a excluziunii sociale prin facilitarea accesului de servicii sociale si de sanatate″ si obiectivului tematic nr.8 - ″Promovarea unor locuri de munca durabile si de calitate si sprijinirea mobilitatii lucratorilor″, din cadrul axei prioritare nr. 3, POCU 2014 -2020, prin implementarea de masuri integrate de formare de competente antreprenoriale pentru 370 de persoane, promovare a spiritului antreprenorial, infiintarea a 74 de noi locuri de munca si a 37 de afaceri sustenabile in domenii prioritare, competitive in regiunea SV Oltenia, respectiv infiintarea a minim 2 afaceri si crearea a minim 4 noi locuri de munca in fiecare din judetele Dolj, Gorj, Mehedinti, Olt si Valcea. Totodata, proiectul de fata se incadreaza in cadrul apelului de proiecte "Romania Start-up Plus", finantat prin Axa prioritara 3/Prioritatea de investitii 8.iii „Activitati independente, antreprenoriat si infiintare de intreprinderi, inclusiv a unor microintreprinderi si a unor intreprinderi mici si mijlocii inovatoare”/Obiectivul specific 3.7. ″Cresterea ocuparii prin sustinerea intreprinderilor cu profil nonagricol din zona urbana″, prin masurile integrate propuse, care vor contribui la dezvoltarea a 74 de noi locuri de munca, prin sprijinirea infiintarii a 37 de noi afaceri cu profil non agricol in zonele urbane din regiunea SV Oltenia. Obiectivul general defineste cadrul de masuri reunite intr-un program de preincubare si ulterior de incubare adresat potentialilor antreprenori. Programul nostru are la baza expertiza in domeniul consultantei pentru afaceri si management si formare in domeniul antreprenoriatului acumulate de-a lungul activitatii partenerului 1, experienta dobandita prin implementarea de proiecte finantate prin apelul „Romania Start-up” Axa 3 al Programului Operational Dezvoltarea Resurselor Umane, si totodata avand in vedere preverile legislatiei nationala in vigoare privind sustinerea start-up-urilor cuprinse de legea 102/2016 privind incubatoarele de afaceri.
