Purpose: Stimulating local development and social cohesion by developing entrepreneurial skills and supporting the establishment and development of 71 businesses, in order to increase the employment rate for 142 people in the South West Oltenia region, over a period of 36 months. The project proposes an integrated intervention and approach to people who want to set up a business in the South West Oltenia region, contributing to the growth of employment, through concerted actions at the level of developing entrepreneurial skills, skills and competences combined with mechanisms to support the functioning and development of business. The actions carried out contribute to: developing entrepreneurial knowledge for 585 people through a Professional Training Program, supporting 71 people through a Structured Advice and Mentoring Program, improving the knowledge of information technology for 71 people, setting up 71 companies, increasing the employment rate for 142 min. By employing at least 142 people in newly created enterprises, enterprises that will be supported by mechanisms to support operation and development, ensure sustainable development in accordance with market requirements, thus contributing to the achievement of thematic objective 8 (Promoting sustainable and quality jobs and supporting worker mobility). The development of entrepreneurial knowledge for 585 people from the South West Oltenia region contributes to the development of the entrepreneurial culture in order to increase the competitiveness of enterprises in the region (DMI1.3 RDP South West). Within the project, min. 176 women will participate in professional training programs, min. 22 women will set up companies, min. 43 people employed in the established companies will be women. (Contributes to the National Strategy on Equal Opportunities between Women and Men for 2014-2017, GS-OS3.7). By developing mechanisms for supporting and promoting the enterprises set up within the project will ensure the sustainable sustainability of the business that will lead to the maintenance of newly created jobs for a long period of time. The quality of human resources and jobs created through the project will be ensured through training programs, structured counselling and mentoring program as well as by the activity monitoring program. The project supports workers’ mobility as follows: some of the people in the target group, those who have worked in other fields of activity will open their own companies, will have to take courses and to perfect themselves in the field of entrepreneurship and business management, thus moving from the status of employee or unemployed, to the status of entrepreneur. Scop: Stimularea dezvoltarii locale si a coeziunii sociale prin dezvoltarea competentelor antreprenoriale si sustinerea infiintarii si dezvoltarii a 71 de afaceri, in vederea cresterii gradului de ocupare pentru 142 de persoane din regiunea Sud Vest Oltenia, pe o perioada de 36 de luni. Proiectul propune o interventie si o abordare integrata asupra persoanelor care doresc sa infiinteze o afacere din regiunea Sud Vest Oltenia, contribuind la cresterea gradului de ocupare, prin actiuni concertate la nivelul dezvoltarii abilitatilor, aptitudinilor si competentelor antreprenoriale coroborate cu mecanisme de sprijinire a functionarii si dezvoltarii afacerilor. Actiunile desfasurate contribuie la: dezvoltarea cunostintelor antreprenoriale pentru 585 persoane printr-un Program de Formare Profesionala, sprijinirea a 71 de persoane printr-un Program Structurat de Consiliere si Mentorat, imbunatatirea cunostintelor de tehnologia informatiei pentru 71 persoane , infiintarea a 71 de firme, cresterea gradului de ocupare pentru min. 142 de persoane. Prin angajarea a minimum 142 persoane în întreprinderile nou create, întreprinderi care vor fi sprijinte prin mecanisme de sprijinre a functionarii si dezvoltarii, se asigura o dezvoltare durabila in conformitate cu cerintele pietei, proiectul contribuind astfel al indeplinirea Obiectivului tematic 8 (Promovarea unor locuri de munca durabile si de calitate și sprijinirea mobilității lucrătorilor). Dezvoltare cunostintelor antreprenoriale pentru un nr. de 585 de persoane din regiunea Sud Vest Oltenia, contribuie la dezvoltarea culturii antreprenoriale in vederea cresterii competitivitatii intreprinderilor din regiune (DMI1.3 PDR Sud Vest). In cadrul proiectului, min. 176 femei vor participa la programe de formare profesionala, min. 22 femei isi vor infiinta firme, min. 43 de persoane angajate in firmele infiintate vor fi femei. (Contribuie la Strategiei nationale in domeniul egalitatii de sanse intre femei si barbati pentru perioada 2014-2017, GS-OS3.7). Prin dezvoltarea de mecanisme de sustinere si de promovare a intreprinderilor infiintate in cadrul proiectului se va asigura sustenabilitatea durabila a afacerilor care va conduce la mentinerea locurilor de munca nou create pe o perioada indelungata de timp. Calitatea resursei umane si a locurilor de munca create prin intermediul proiectului va fi asigurata prin programele de formare, programul structurat de consiliere si de mentorat precum si de programul de monitorizare a activitatilor. Proiectul vine in sprijinul mobilitatii lucratorilor astfel: o parte din persoanele din grupul tinta, cei care au lucrat in alte domenii de activitate isi vor deschide propriile firme, va trebui sa faca cursuri si sa se perfectioneze in domeniul antreprenorial si managementul afacerilor, trecand astfel de la statutul de salariat sau somer, la statutul de antreprenor.
