The general objective of the project is to encourage entrepreneurship and self-employment by supporting the establishment of 75 non-agricultural enterprises in the urban area located in the counties of the South-East region by developing entrepreneurial and managerial skills and supporting people who want to open a business and create sustainable and quality jobs. In the long term, entrepreneurship leads to the creation of new markets due to the creative capacity and resources it benefits, entrepreneurs can meet new needs with innovative products; discovering new resources, mobilising resource capital, introducing new technologies, industries and products, as well as creating new jobs. The project offers an integrated package from professional training to counselling and guidance in terms of increasing the degree of stability in the business environment, long-term development for the target group involved. Through the specific objectives, the activities and the results it foresees, the present project responds concretely to these long-term goals through the 620 graduates of the training programs, the 75 newly established businesses and the 150 jobs created, by: — Development of competences and new skills of a cross-cutting type (deconstruction of an idea in distinct stages and structuring a concrete and complex plan for its realisation, techniques for presenting/supporting an idea, formal and informal communication techniques, negotiation techniques, management techniques, etc.) following the participation in the training program, which will guide the professional and personal course of the training participants, significantly improving their long-term quality of life in various areas of action. — Supporting people who start a business or find a job in obtaining a financial independence/a stable income, gaining experience/old on the labour market, which is also transferred to their families/maintenance persons, by significantly increasing the quality of life in the long term. — Increasing the economic development of the region by increasing taxes paid to local and state budgets as a result of setting up new sustainable businesses and creating new jobs. — Supporting a healthy climate in the regional economic environment by promoting principles/values such as: success through competence above resources (by financing viable business ideas but with no potential to achieve only financial reasons), equal opportunities, innovation, sustainable development that, combined with business success, can easily become models of good practice in the regional current. — Improving the emotional and mental life of people who manage to fulfill their business goals (English) | |||||||||||||||

Obiectivul general al proiectului îl constituie incurajarea antreprenoriatului si a ocupării pe cont propriu prin susținerea infiintarii a 75 întreprinderi cu profil nonagricol din zona urbană situata in judetele din regiunea Sud-Est prin dezvoltarea competentelor antreprenoriale si manageriale si sprijinul acordat persoanelor care doresc sa deschida o afacere si sa creeze locuri de munca durabile si de calitate. Pe termen lung, antreprenoriatul conduce la crearea de noi piete datorita capacitatii creative si a resurselor de care beneficiaza, antreprenorii putand veni in intampinarea unor nevoi noi cu produse inovative; la descoperirea de noi resurse, la mobilizarea capitalului de resurse, la introducerea de noi tehnologii, industrii si produse, precum si la crearea de noi locuri de munca. Proiectul ofera un pachet integrat de la formare profesionala pana la consiliere si indrumare in ceea ce priveste cresterea gradului de stabilitate in mediul de afaceri, a dezvoltarii pe temen lung pentru grupul tinta implicat. Prin obiectivele specifice, activitatile si rezultatele pe care le prevede, proiectul de fata raspunde in mod concret acestor deziderate pe termen lung prin cei 620 absolventi ai programelor de formare, cele 75 de afaceri nou infiintate si cele 150 de locuri de munca create, prin: - Dezvoltarea de competente si abilitati noi de tip transversal (deconstruirea unei idei in etape distincte si structurarea unui plan concret si complex de realizare a acesteia, tehnici de prezentare/sustinere a unei idei, tehnici de comunicare formala si informala, tehnici de negociere, tehnici de conducere, etc) in urma participarii la programul de formare, care vor orienta parcursul profesional si personal al participantilor la formare, imbunatatindu-le semnificativ calitatea vietii pe termen lung in diverse arii de actiune a acestora. - Sprijinirea persoanelor care isi deschid o afacere sau isi gasesc un loc de munca in obtinerea unei independente financiare/a unui venit stabil, dobandirea de experienta/vechime pe piata muncii, care se transfera si asupra familiilor/persoanelor aflate in intretinere ale acestora, prin cresterea semnificativa a calitatii vietii pe termen lung. - Cresterea nivelului de dezvoltare economica a regiunii prin sporirea taxelor platite la bugetele locale si de stat ca urmare a infiintarii de noi afaceri sustenabile si a crearii de noi locuri de munca. - Sustinerea unui climat sanatos in mediul economic regional prin promovarea unor principii/valori de tipul: reusita prin competenta mai presus de resurse (prin finantarea unor idei viabile de afaceri dar fara potential de realizare doar din cauze financiare), egalitate de sanse, inovare, dezvoltare durabila care, combinate cu reusita afacerilor, pot deveni usor modele de buna practica in actualitatea regionala. - Imbunatatirea vietii emotionale si psihice a persoanelor care reusesc sa-si implineasca deziderate de tip afacere pro (Romanian)
