The general objective of the project is to promote sustainable and quality jobs as well as to support workers’ mobility in the West Region by developing a three-stage entrepreneurship scheme aimed at training in entrepreneurship for 400 individuals aged 18-64 years (of which 50 % women and 50 % men respectively), unemployed persons, inactive persons, persons who have a job and who cumulatively meet the following conditions: they want to set up a non-agricultural business in the urban environment in the West region, in order to create new jobs and have their residence or domicile in rural or urban areas in the Western region and support and grant non-refundable financial support for a minimum of 54 entrepreneurial initiatives. Of the 54 funded initiatives: a minimum of 2 initiatives will be financed in each county in the West Region; maximum 10 initiatives providing for economic activities falling within the NACE, Section G – Wholesale and Retail; repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles, except Group 452 – Maintenance and repair of motor vehicles – maximum 20 %; a minimum of 6 initiatives will effectively promote support for the transition to a low-carbon and resource-efficient economy, at least 10 %; a minimum of 6 initiatives will promote social innovation, i.e. a minimum of 10 % of the funded business plans; a minimum of 14 initiatives financed through the de minimis scheme will propose activities that will promote ICT usage and quality by implementing ICT solutions in the process of production/provision of goods, services and/or execution of works, i.e. at least 25 % of business plans; a minimum of 6 initiatives funded through the de minimis scheme will propose activities that will promote the strengthening of research, technological development and/or innovation, by carrying out specific activities, at least 10 % of the funded business plans; a minimum of 6 initiatives financed through the de minimis scheme will propose activities that will promote sustainable development by developing products, technologies or services that contribute to the application of sustainable development principles by the funded enterprises, at least 10 % of the financed business plans. Up to 5 people who did not participate in the entrepreneurial training programme within the project will be able to benefit from de minimis aid. By implementing and financing de minimis schemes at the level of the 54 SMEs, a minimum of 108 new jobs will be created. Obiectivul general al proiectului îl reprezinta promovarea unor locuri de muncă durabile și de calitate precum și sprijinirea mobilității lucrătorilor în Regiunea de Vest prin dezvoltarea unei scheme de antreprenoriat în trei etape, care vizează formarea în domeniul antreprenoriatului pentru 400 de persoane fizice cu vârsta intre 18 ani-64 ani (din care 50 % femei şi respectiv 50% bărbaţi ), someri, persoane inactive, persoane care au un loc de munca si care indeplinesc cumulativ urmatoarele conditii: doresc să înființeze o afacere nonagricolă în mediul urban din regiunea Vest, în scopul creării de noi locuri de muncă si își au reședința sau domiciliul în mediul rural sau în cel urban din regiunea de Vest si susţinerea şi acordarea de sprijin financiar nerambrursabil pentru minim 54 de iniţiative antreprenoriale ale acestora. Din cele 54 de iniţiative finaţate: minim 2 initiaţive vor fi finanţate în fiecare judeţ din regiunea Vest; maxim 10 initiative care prevăd activități economice ce se încadrează în CAEN, Secțiunea G – Comerț cu ridicata și cu amănuntul; repararea autovehiculelor și motocicletelor, cu excepția Grupei 452 – Întreținerea și repararea autovehiculelor – maxim 20%; minim 6 initiaţive vor promova concret sprijinirea tranziției către o economie cu emisii scăzute de dioxid de carbon și eficientă din punct de vedere al utilizării resurselor, minim 10%; minim 6 initiative vor promova inovarea socială, respectiv minim 10% din numărul planurilor de afaceri finanțate; minim 14 initiaţive finanțate prin intermediul schemei de minimis vor propune activități ce vor promova utilizare și calitate TIC prin implementarea unor soluții TIC în procesul de producție / furnizare de bunuri, prestare de servicii și/sau execuție de lucrări, respectiv minim 25% din planuri de afaceri; minim 6 initiaţive finanțate prin intermediul schemei de minimis vor propune activități ce vor promova consolidarea cercetării, a dezvoltării tehnologice și/sau a inovării, prin derularea de activități specifice, minim 10% din planurile de afaceri finanțate; minim 6 initiaţive finanțate prin intermediul schemei de minimis vor propune activități ce vor promova dezvoltarea durabilă prin dezvoltarea unor produse, tehnologii sau servicii care contribuie la aplicarea principiilor dezvoltării durabile de către întreprinderile finanțate, cel puțin 10% din planurile de afaceri finanțate. Maxim 5 persoane care nu au participat la programul de formare antreprenoriala din cadrul proiectului vor putea beneficia de ajutor de minimis. Prin implementarea şi finanţarea schemelor de minimis la nivelul celor 54 de IMM-uri, vor fi înfiinţate minim 108 locuri noi de muncă. Rezultatele proiectului generează o serie de efecte pe termen lung la nivel microeconomic: antreprenoriatul este procesul de creare a valorii care pune în legatură atitudinea şi abilităţile antreprenorilor cu două tipuri de evenimente: sesizarea şi/sau crearea oportunităţilor pe piaţă sau în comuni (Romanian)
