The overall objective of the project is to: Strengthening the capacity of NGOs and other relevant actors in the field of sexual and reproductive health to initiate and promote alternative public policies by making them available to central public authorities to improve access to non-discriminatory health services. This objective will be achieved through Specific Objectives 1 and 2 below, thus contributing fully to POCA 1.1 Specific objective “Development and introduction of common systems and standards in public administration that optimise citizen-oriented decision-making and business environment in line with CAPS”. The sustainable benefit of the project lies in the fact that it will strengthen in the long term the ability of 15 NGOs to be proactive in the field of sexual and reproductive rights and non-discrimination, as well as the fact that it will support the relevant public authorities such as the Ministry of Health and the CNCD to respond to the international obligations of the Romanian state regarding respect for the right to health for vulnerable populations. Obiectivul general al proiectului este: Consolidarea capacitatii ONG-urilor si a altor actori relevanti din domeniul sănătății sexuale și reproductive de a initia si promova politici publice alternative prin punerea acestora la dispozitia autoritatilor publice centrale pentru îmbunătățirea accesului la servicii de sănătate nediscriminatorii. Acest obiectiv va fi atins prin obiectivele specifice 1 si 2 de mai jos, contribuindu-se astfel total la obiectivul specific POCA 1.1 "Dezvoltarea și introducerea de sisteme și standarde comune în administrația publică ce optimizează procesele decizionale orientate către cetățeni și mediul de afaceri în concordanță cu SCAP". Beneficiul durabil al proiectului rezida din faptul ca va întări pe termen lung capacitatea a 15 ONG-uril de a fi proactive în domeniul drepturilor sexuale şi reproductive si nediscriminarii, precum si din faptul ca va sprijini autoritatile publice de profil precum Ministerul Sanatatii si CNCD de a raspunde obligatiilor internationale ale statului roman cu privire la respectarea dreptului la sanatate pentru populatiile vulnerabile.
