    Projekti põhieesmärgid on Narva Täiskasvanute Kooli õppijate arvu suurendamine (30%), kooli lõpetajate arvu suurendamine 25% võrra, õpingu katkestamiste vähendamine kuni 25 %.

Projekti tulemusena töötatakse välja ja testitakse uus mudel õppetöö õppijakeskseks ja paindlikumaks muutmiseks, toimub uute tugiteenuste ja kursuste väljatöötamine, õppe paindlikumaks muutmine (sh. e-keskkonna loomine), potentsiaalsete õppijate leidmine ja õppimiseks motiveerimine, tugipersonaali rahastamine.     The main objectives of the project are to increase the number of students at Narva School of Adults (30 %), to increase the number of graduates by 25 %, to reduce drop-outs by up to 25 %.

The project will result in the development and testing of a new model of learning to make learning more focused and flexible, developing new support services and courses, making learning more flexible (including creating an e-environment), finding potential learners and motivating them to learn, financing a support person.
