In the course of the project, three modern and practical training programmes will be carried out, which will support the development of teachers’ professionalism and attitudes, thereby helping to create and maintain a mentally healthy and safe learning environment at school. During the project, participants learn to use appropriate communication methods and solve discipline problems, and to monitor, evaluate and value their physical, mental and emotional health and to prevent burnout.
