LMK loob nüüdisaegse õpikäsituse toel kaasava koolikultuuri, mis toetab iga õpilase individuaalset ja sotsiaalset arengut nii koolikeskkonnas kui ka praktikaettevõttes. Projekti raames toimuvad inspireerivad arenguseminarid koolipere liikmetele ja ettevõtete praktikajuhendajatele. Projekti tulemused annavad sisendid kooli uude arenguperioodi - määravad suunad koolikultuuri uuendamiseks ning loovad võimalused kooli kui metsandusliku pädevuskeskuse edasiseks arenguks. (Estonian)

With the help of a modern approach to learning, LMK creates an inclusive school culture that supports the individual and social development of each pupil both in the school environment and in the internship company. The project will include inspiring development seminars for members of the school family and company traineeship guides. The results of the project will feed into the school’s new development period – determine the directions for the renewal of school culture and create opportunities for further development of the school as a centre of competence in forestry.
