Overall objective: Improving the quality of vocational training of ZS4 students by developing cooperation with employers for training for students to obtain additional qualifications and professional competences, and counselling and professional guidance in developing their activity, creativity, willingness to learn, including facilitating their take-up, and the organisation of traineeships/traineeships for pupils and teachers. Main results and target group: — 144 students to take part in the courses and obtain: — 48 power allowances, -96 waiting certificates, -48 rights of handling of the handling equipment. It will also be competent to operate the installation of smart homes. All students participating in the project will take part in a professional traineeship/apprenticeship, and will participate in the 6 hours of individual educational and vocational counselling and the 20th hour of a group advice at the exit of an external scientist camp will contribute to raising their knowledge in the field of modern technology. — 10 teachers in the profession will take 40 hours in work placements in companies operating around the school and course. They shall increase their knowledge and professional skills: — 3 for multimedia transport, -7 for the programming of smart systems. The school’s school will be taught in order to modernise the teaching base and to take action to start a new job for the labour market (t. automatic). Main tasks: Educational and professional advice — Support for the professional development of School Complex No 4 in Szczecin through the organisation of training courses and courses — Organisation of traineeships and traineeships for the ZS4 in Szczecin — Compensation of automation workers in the ZS4 in Szczecin in order to bring the conditions of learning into line with those of work. — Professional traineeships for primary teachers. Podstawowe założenia projektu wynikają z rekomendacji przedstawionych w indywidualnej diagnozie Zespołu Szkół nr 4 w Szczecinie (ZS4). Cel ogólny: Poprawa jakości kształcenia zawodowego uczniów ZS4 poprzez rozwój współpracy z pracodawcami w zakresie szkoleń przygotowujących do uzyskiwania przez uczniów dodatkowych kwalifikacji i uprawnień zawodowych, doradztwo edukacyjno-zawodowe rozwijających ich aktywność, kreatywność, chęć uczenia się, w tym ułatwiających ich start zawodowy oraz organizację staży/praktyk zawodowych dla uczniów i nauczycieli. Główne rezultaty i grupa docelowa: - 144 uczniów weźmie udział w kursach i uzyska: -48 uprawnienia energetyczne, -96 kwalifikacje czeladnicze, -48 uprawnienia obsługi urządzeń transportu bliskiego. Nabędą również kompetencje w zakresie obsługi instalacji inteligentnych domów. Wszyscy uczniowie biorący udział w projekcie odbędą staż zawodowy/praktykę zawodową, uczestniczyć będą w 6-cio godz. indywidualnym doradztwie edukacyjno-zawodowym oraz 20-to godz. doradztwie grupowym realizowanym podczas wyjazdowego obozu naukowego Obóz przyczyni się do podniesienia ich wiedzy w zakresie nowoczesnych technologii. - 10 nauczycieli zawodu odbędzie 40 godz. staże zawodowe w firmach działających w otoczeniu szkoły oraz kurs. Podniosą oni wiedzę oraz umiejętności zawodowe: -3 w zakresie transportu multimedialnego, -7 w zakresie programowania układów inteligentnych. Szkoła doposażona zostanie w środki dydaktyczne co pozwoli unowocześnić bazę dydaktyczna oraz podjęcie działań zmierzających do uruchomienia nowego zawodu poszukiwanego przez rynek pracy (t. automatyk).
