Projekti elluviimine tagab joogivee kasutamise ning reovee kokkukogumise vastavuse Eesti ja Euroopa Liidu nõuetele, mis reguleerivad põhjavee kaitset ning joogivee kvaliteeti, samuti reovee kokku kogumist ja puhastamist.
