The implementation of the project “Activation of persons who are unemployed at the age of 30 and over, in particular those facing difficulties in the labour market in the district of the city of Świnoujście (V)” in the period from 01.01.2019 to 31.12.2019 aims to increase the employment opportunities of people aged 30 and over, in particular in vulnerable situations on the local labour market (i.e. those aged 50 and over, women, persons with disabilities, the long-term unemployed and those with low qualifications). The project will also contribute to the implementation of the specific objective of the ROP 2014-2020: increase employment in particular for unemployed and inactive people, especially those who are in a particularly vulnerable position in the labour market. The support offered to the project participants includes the labour market instruments and services as set out in the Act of 20 April 2004 on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions. For each unemployed person entering the project, a specific offer of activation will be presented, which will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned. Under the above mentioned project, 48 unemployed persons registered in the District Labour Office in Swinoujscie will be eligible to receive support in the form of training, traineeship or job placements or work stations. In addition, the Authority has planned to grant 5 start-up grants to project participants in self-employment and business development on the local market. It has been assumed that during the implementation of the project the result indicator — the number of persons employed, including self-employment, after leaving (C) — in line with the WLTC will be reached at 45 %, i.e. 22 persons. Realizacja projekt "Aktywizacja osób pozostających bez pracy w wieku 30 lat i więcej, w szczególności znajdujących się w trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy w powiecie Miasto Świnoujście (V)" w okresie od 01.01.2019 r. do 31.12.2019 r. ma na celu zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej, w szczególności znajdujących się w trudnej sytuacji na lokalnym rynku pracy (tj. osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej, kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne oraz osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami). Projekt ten przyczyni się także do osiągnięcia realizacji celu szczegółowego RPO WZ 2014-2020 tj.: zwiększenie zatrudnienia w szczególności wśród osób bezrobotnych i biernych zawodowo, zwłaszcza tych, którzy znajdują się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy. Wsparcie oferowane uczestnikom projektu obejmuje instrumenty i usługi rynku pracy wskazane w ustawie z dnia 20 kwietnia 2004 r. o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Dla każdej osoby bezrobotnej przystępującej do projektu będzie przedstawiona konkretna oferta aktywizacji zawodowej, która będzie poprzedzona analizą umiejętności, predyspozycji oraz problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. W ramach ww. projektu wsparciem zostanie objętych 48 osób bezrobotnych zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Świnoujściu, osoby te będą mogły skorzystać z oferowanego wsparcia w formie szkoleń, stażu lub też będą mogły podjąć zatrudnienie w ramach prac interwencyjnych lub w ramach doposażenia/wyposażenia stanowiska pracy. Dodatkowo tutejszy Urząd zaplanował udzielenie 5 dotacji na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej, co umożliwi uczestnikom projektu samozatrudnienie oraz rozwój przedsiębiorczości na lokalnym rynku. Założono, iż podczas realizacji projektu wskaźnik rezultatu - liczba osób pracujących, łącznie z prowadzącymi działalność na własny rachunek, po opuszczeniu programu (C) - zgodnie z WLWK zostanie osiągnięty na poziomie 45 % tj. 22 osoby.
