Projekt skierowany bezpośrednio do następującej grupy odbiorców: 120os. (70K)bezrobotnych i biernych zawodowo w wieku 30 l. i więcej, znajdujących się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy – długotrwale bezrobotnych, w wieku 50 l. i więcej, kobiet, osób z niepełnospr. i os. o niskich kwalifikacjach z terenu powiatów: goleniowskiego, gryfickiego, kamieńskiego i łobeskiego przy czym 30% UP będzie z terenu miast średnich. Działania w projekcie realizowane w okresie od 1.05.2019 do 31.12.2021 i obejmą 1.Doradztwo i pośr. pracy – zdiagnozowanie UP pod kątem zawodowo-edukacyjnym i wytyczenie indywidualnej ścieżki rozwoju zawodowego i eduk., przygotowanie IPD i działania w obszarze pośrednictwa pracy dla UP. 2.Fakultatywne formy wsparcia zg z IPD:podnoszenie kwalif./komp. – szkolenia/kursy zawodowe kończące się odpowiednim egzaminem potwierdzającym nabyte kwalifi. /kompet./Wzrost doświadczenia zawodowego – staże w środowisku zawodowym u pracodawcy/inne .3. Wsparcie ON przez trenera aktyw. w przypadku zdiagnozowania takiej potrzeby. Zakładanym efektem będzie wzmocnienie szans na skuteczną reintegrację UP z rynkiem pracy (RP), a wymiernym efektem będzie osiągnięcie nast. rezultatów: - co najmniej 31% os.uzyska lub podniesie swoje kwalifikacje, min. 60% uzyska kompetencje, min. 45% uczestników podejmie po proj. pracę/rozp.prowadzenie dział.gosp.Wsparcie UP ma charakter kompleksowy tj. obejmuje co najmniej trzy formy wsparcia skierowane do każdego UP(obligatoryjne dla wszyst.
