Eesmärk: oskusteabe arendamine hüdrodünaamika ja projekteerimise valdkondades, teadmuse ja teabe siirdamine ettevõtetesse. Projekti käigus analüüsitakse väliste konstruktsioonielementide mõju veesõidukite meresõiduomadustele, luuakse mehitamata veesõidukite arendamise täienduskursus, viiakse läbi tugevusanalüüside koolitused, süvendatakse koostööd rahvusvaheliste organisatsioonidega, korraldatakse teadmussiirde seminare, koondatakse valdkondlikku teavet nii Eestis kui rahvusvahelises ulatuses.
