    Projekt jest skierowany do 264 os. w wieku powyżej 50 roku życia, zam. w WZ na terenie gmin wiejskich i/lub miejsko-wiejskich z obszaru Specjalnej Strefy Włączenia (SSW), nie mających umiejętności komputerowych. Struktura UP: 144K i 120M, min. 60% będą stanowić osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach, a min. 10% osoby niepełnosprawne. Celem projektu jest nabycie w terminie 1.8.2016-30.9.2017 przez min. 80% uczestników/czek projektu kompetencji komputerowych na pełnym poziomie A+B wg Ramy Kompetencji Cyfrowych DIGCOMP. Działania projektu obejmują 22 szkolenia komputerowe w wymiarze 150 godz. każde, zakończonych egzaminem zewn. i certyfikatem ECDL Profile.
