TLÜ will become the leader of a smart way of life in Estonia. By bringing together competences in five focus areas, we develop a science-based decision-making society and increase the international competitiveness of research. We introduce a management model that supports strategic management and a good working culture and develops cooperation with companies and organisations. In teaching, we increase interdisciplinarity and develop general competences to ensure higher education geared to the labour market of the future. (English)
