Käesoleva projekti raames luuakse IT lahendusel põhinev digitaalse hooldusplaani prototüüp , mis põhineb RAI hindamismõõdikul. Toote loomisega luuakse hoolekandeasutustele võimalus vähendada hoolduskoormust, pakkuda hooldekodude klientidele nende vajadustest lähtuvaid õigeid teenuseid ( inimene on hinnatud rahvusvaheliselt tunnustatud RAI hindamismõõdikuga) ning võimaldades planeerida riigil ja hoolekandeasutustel teenuste korraldamist ja rahastamist.
